1. No Mary-sues/Gary-sues! If your character is from district 5 then they're not going to get a 12 in training sorry but not happening!
2. Don't t swear please! I mean if they had that word in the first movie it's okay but don't do O this: damn mother fucker that stupid ass bitch better watch her fucking back! Yeah don't do that! And
3.your parents have to be past tributes or victors! And don't make all your c characters katniss and pesetas kids!
4. No parents from different districts! So no glato(gag) or carvel!l (even more gag) but clato(yay!!) o and garvel!
5. If your character dies don't come crying to me this is the hunger games!
6. No smut! V
7. Don't make your character super beautiful or any of that sort of thing!
8. Don't make bushes and stuff randomly appear! I'll find a picture of each section! E
