Chapter 1: Invite

I am a shy girl hardly- no barely noticed. My name is Izzy. I am 18. I was talking to my friends, Marie and Jordan at lunch one Friday. I lived in my own apartment and life was good. Marie exclaimed "OMG I'm gonna text you and Jordan the invite to my epic sleepover tonight! Will you guys come?" asked Marie. "Sounds fun! I'll be there!" I replied. "Great! Bring the usual. Kk Izzy?" Marie questioned. "Ok!" I answered. "I'm going!" added Jordan. "Okay Jordan! I hope you have loads of fun! We will have so much to do!" Marie informed. It was around 4 pm when I was ready to go to Marie's house. I called Marie and asked if I could come over then. "Not yet! Wait about 5 minutes then come on over!" Marie said. "Okay see you in a bit." I whispered a little. Marie hung up. It was 4:24 pm. I mean shouldn't be ready soon? I texted my boyfriend, Ryan. "Oh your going to a sleepover at Marie's tonight? Haha! I'm going to her neighbor's house tonight. If you go out maybe we can group up!" Ryan texted. "Yah that sounds good. Oh g2g now time to drive to her home ttyl!" I texted back. I slide my phone into my bag and ran to my car in the thunder storm. BOOM CRAASH! The storm was beginning to grow louder. I threw my things in the passenger's seat and rode of down the road. I couldn't wait to arrive!!

Chapter 2: Rumor Has It

I arrived. I ringed the doorbell and Kathy, Jordan and Marie answered all together. "Hey! Guess who joined us while you where coming? Ryan, Tyler, Andy and Spencer!" Kathy cheerfully yelped. I walked in wet as ever and I saw Ryan. "Oh poor thing!" Ryan said with alarm. He ran to my side and gave me his jacket. "Thanks." I said. He kissed me on the cheek and said "No problem." The boys watched a football movie in the living room and the girls gossiped in Marie's bedroom. "Ha! I heard that a few doors down is haunted!" Marie whispered. "Doubt it." Kathy mumbled. "No way! We gotta check it out! Even a little peek won't hurt, right?" asked Jordan. "Cool. Lets go over there right now!" Marie demanded. "I'm going too! said the boys right when they turned to the doorway. Everyone laughed. We ran outside through the rain. A big scary, tall mansion stood before them. They trudged in.

Chapter 3: What Was That?!?!

We walked inside. Errrr.... BOOM! The door slammed shut behind us. "God get us OUT of here!!" yelped Andy. "Shut up. It's not even haunted. So suck it up." Kathy said with no fear. We looked around and a bit around the main room. There was many doors with signs saying what they were behind them. One said "Death Chamber" I groaned. "What a fake!" Spencer sighed. Then suddenly a creepy low voice yelled "FAKE!?!? You intruders will pay- with your SOULS!!!" "The heck are you???" Tyler asked. "I am Mr. Gold. I've been dying to kill kids lately. Then foolishly you 8 clueless kids stumbled into MY house!!" Mr. Gold boomed. We all screamed. Suddenly Mr. Gold yelled "ENOUGH! Make way for you kids to see me!" Then a mature looking guy with a tuxedo on and a rose in the left pocket with a molecule over his right eye floated down "You kids have to pay right about... NOW!!" He yelled at us with his low creepy voice. I ran up the stairs trying to escape. No one was near me. Mr. Gold was behind me, and laughing. Then suddenly the room seemed faded? I fainted. After 3 hours of lying passed out I saw Marie, Jordan and Kathy by me. "What happened?" I mumbled "and where are the boys?" I continued. "Well they were captured quickly and now he's gone..." I uncontrollably said "Or am I?" They ran away from me. My first thought "OH MY GOD I'M POSSESSED!" I uncontrollably ran for Kathy with a knife in my hand. I was on top of her and she punched me off. I passed out again. 1 hour this time. I awoke in a long dank dark hallway. Mr. Gold in front of me. "Sick of running from me? Well try running to me to hail and service me on for a size!" He said. I saw Tyler, Ryan, Spencer, and Andy servicing him. He carried me to a door that said on top "To Making People Hail You And Service You Room" he opened it up. I remembered quickly "Ryan's jacket!" I was thrown in a cage and Mr. Gold said "15 minutes time I'll have a new slave! Ryan! Tyler! Watch over her to make sure she doesn't escape alright?" "Yes master." They both said.

Chapter 4: Escape with Ryan

I said "Psst! Ryan come over here!" He wobbled over to me and looked curiously at me. I slide off his coat from my body "Remember this? You gave me your jacket when I walked into Marie's house I was wet and cold so you gave me your jacket and kissed me on the cheek. C'mon! Remember?" I explained. Then a big explosion of black was lifted from him. "I do! I remember!!" Ryan whispered. It also revived Tyler. Ryan unlocked the cage and I ran out of the cage when the floor under the cage was flopping open into a potion underneath that was black and gooey looking. We ran out the door looking left and right then ran to the right. We saw Mr. Gold, Andy and Spencer.

Chapter 5: Freeing Andy and Spencer

We hid behind a oak table and Mr. Gold turned around and mumbled "Funny. I swear I heard a rustle somewhere..." He kept on walking looking for Jordan, Kathy and Marie. I whispered "Go!" and we crept down the dank dark hallway. Then I saw Jordan. I motioned her to come over there. I explained "Andy and Spencer hail and serve Mr. Gold. We need you to distract him while we free Andy and Spencer. Okay?" "Okay cya later" Jordan said with agreement. She walked a bit away into the main area that had all those doors. She came out of one and yelled "YOO HOO! MR. GOLD! COME AND GET ME!!" Mr. Gold flew towards her, leaving Andy and Spencer. We told them about the jacket I was wearing. They snapped out of it. Suddenly, we saw that Jordan was being taken away by Mr. Gold! We gulped and waited for Jordan to be put away. But how? We couldn't go anywhere without Mr. Gold seeing us!! "Come!" I whisper yelled. We tip toed into the tv room. It was nice for a haunted house, if I do say so! I whispered "Wait. Why is this haunted house haunted when it's ... clean?" "There must be more cursed people that we haven't seen yet." quietly said Spencer. Then we peeked outside the door. Mr. Gold was inside a room. We didn't know which room he was in, so this is the forced-to moment to test our luck...

Chapter 6: Seriously.

I went to check the living room and the tv room some more. The others, checked other rooms. Any room. Soon I heard Tyler quietly yell "Hey guys! I found something!" We ran over and Andy questioned "What is it?" Tyler opened up the door for us to see a bright white kitchen with hundreds no thousands of salves working for Mr. Gold!
