Sorry for the lack of updates but it's report time and there are A LOT of tests and projects due in so I've been stressed. But holidays are coming up so I can update more. I won't be counting calories at the moment but just eating less and healthier and looking at my body for progress and weighing myself every week.
7.12am
I woke up late today so I didn't get to do a workout this morning, I'll do one after school though. For breakfast I'm having a green tea.
Around 10am
I had an apple at school.
Around 4pm
I had a mocha (coffee) and a custard tart because my grandma took me out.
Night Time
Well... I binged yeah
Then I practiced dance for an hour
And binged again
FUCK, I have no self-control
Good night, I hope tomorrow is a better day.
