"yin yang"
an ideology: There are two forces in the universe, according to a Chinese theory: yin is the passive, negative force, and yang the active, positive force.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sweaty palms and a palpitating heart,
Trembling hands holding on to a dear phone for life.
He picks up after seven rings.
Neither of them say a word.
Silence.
"Wrong number", whispers a familiar voice
And the line goes dead.She sinks to the ground,
She's fighting the tears in her eyes,
The same way she's fighting her breaking heart, fragile body and messed up mind.
It's funny how things can change in a year,
Who would've imagined,
Two inseparable, meant-to-be-together, star-crossed-lovers,
Wouldn't even have the courage to say 'hello' to each other.Love, oh notorious love.
When in love,
Sometimes you fly,
Sometimes you very subtly die.
You die in despair,
Because there's no one to blame but yourself.
You die in regret,
Because you know, you just know, that you could work it if you tried.
And sometimes your liver fails due to starvation,
Which throws off the working of your spleen and stomach,
That leads to a weak heart and an ineffective kidney.
Displaying an excess of yin and a dearth of yang.She died that night,
Curled up against a wall,
Phone clutched in her hand,
Lips parted,
As if they were saying something when sh---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
