Dangerous Crush

As I turned to see what my friend, Bailey, was talking about....I saw him. He was standing next to Ethan, with a grin to both ears. His gaze met mine. As I quickly turned away, I saw my two friends Bailey, and Belen staring at me. They looked at each other and with a giggle, they started teasing me. I felt my face get warm. I hid it with my hand.

I heard the bell ring so I hurried to get my stuff. Walking to my desk I bumped into Logan. "Sorry" I muttered. His gaze stayed on me for a few moments until he shook his head slightly and responded with "not a problem" he walked away...but as I saw him go, he glanced back at me. My heart fluttered. He made me feel like I've never felt before.

My next 2 classes were with him. I was nervous. But as I walked through the door, a little of my tension went away. Bailey was already there. talking to him as if it were no big deal. I made my way to that side of the room, I stopped when I reached Bailey. She gave me a brief hug and returned to her conversation. He looked at me, although he held the conversation with Bailey, his eyes we're locked on me. I could feel it. Once Ms.Root entered everyone hushed.

He passed me to go to his desk, when he did...he touched my arm barley with his. I might have imagined it, but when he touched me...I felt, a chill run down my spine. He was ice cold. If I we're ever to travel to the Arctic...I imagined that is what it'd feel like.

For what seemed like forever, was only a few minutes. Ms.Root put us all into groups of 2. "Bailey and Emma" she called first. I didn't hear the rest. I was to busy putting my folder into my bag. I instantly pop my head up when I hear "Logan and Nina". My Heart dropped. My head felt heavy. I felt the sudden urge to swallow, although my mouth was completely dry. I turned, and in that moment. He looked at me with a smirk on his face.
