*sigh* I disappoint myself, no music...
And I was kinda listening to Game Grumps play Shovel Knight Co-op...
INFINI-DAGGER!!!!!!!
Klaus, Eren, Mikasa, Armin, and Annie were out in a courtyard near the Guardian's headquarters.
"So, you're 3DMG is lighter than ours?" Armin asked Klaus.
"Not only that," Klaus said, "but faster as well. You see these?"
The eldest turned and pointed to the leather armor on his upper back, his chest, and the back of his knee, and explained, "These are thrusters. There are panels that lift up when I pull a third trigger on my blade handle and they propel exhaust to move me in the desired direction."
"So what's that button thing on your sword handle? The one your thumb is on?" Annie questioned.
"First of all, it's called a joystick," Klaus answered, "Second of all, it controls where my hooks are aiming."
"But other than that, it's basically the same as ours?" Eren suggested.
"Not exactly," the eldest brought up, "You see, the blade holders on ours, they have sharpeners on the bottom to keep the blades as deadly as possible. And we still use gas for fuel, but since our gear is lighter, it consumes less and it lasts longer."
"Interesting," Armin mumbled.
"Oh and another thing," Klaus said, "Tsubasa!"
A Ronin jumped down from a nearby roof, landing right by him. He was short, and wore a full face mask and had his hood up. He handed Klaus a few wrist-watches.
"This is Tsubasa Akihika, my second in command," the Ronin Commander explained, "Eighteen years old and an expert swordsman, only I can kick his small ass in battle."
The masked samurai flipped off his superior.
Klaus chuckled and continued, "These watches here, we call iComms. The latest in communications technology. All you need to do is put on a lens and an earpiece."
Tsubasa took out a small case and opened it. It had four earpieces and small contact lenses.
Eren, Mikasa, Armin, and Annie each took a iComms and put them on, all of the circular, metal faces on the bottoms of their wrists. Then, they took and put on the earpieces, wrapping the extension around their lobes.
"So where do we put the lenses?" Annie asked.
"Simple, in your eyes," Klaus responded.
"I had a feeling you'd say that," the Russian groaned.
They all slowly and carefully placed the lenses in their eyes. Mini-maps popped up on the bottom right corner as the watches activated, an orange ring beginning to glow within the face.
"The iComms you have were already set up for you all, as you can tell," Klaus explained, "The small map on the bottom right is a motion sensor with a radius of fifteen meters. And the ring on the face of the watch itself will glow if there is imminent danger nearby."
"This is mind blowingly amazing and confusing at the same," Eren said.
"The instructions to answering calls and messages should be pretty straightforward," the eldest replied, "Now for artillery."
Now, if you don't know what these guns look like by name, it's okay to look them up.
Tsubasa tossed a pistol to Klaus.
