Chapter 1

Klementine POV

“And I’ll show you all,

All the moves like jagger,

I got the moves like jagger,

I’ve got the mooovve like jagger”

“Aah, shut up, you stupid alarm clock.” shouted Klementine. She looked at time, 7:30. She had to be at school by 8:30. She rushed to have her shower. She got her outfit, neon pink designer jeans, white tank top, a black wool sweater and combat boots. She had to put on her makeup before her best friend Rhyanna and her boyfriend Thomas came to pick her up. She brushed her long blonde hair; she looked at herself in the mirror. She didn’t want to brag but she was really pretty. She was 5’5, she had long golden blonde hair, green eyes that sparkled in the sun, and pretty decent body shape. She texted her Rhyanna to ask her where she was. “At your front door” Rhyanna replied.

Klementine took her toast and shouted bye to her dad and her sister. Thomas’s car pulled up to her front door. “hey girl, you look nice, hop in we’re getting late.” Rhyanna said.

“Hey Rhy, sorry to keep you guys waiting” Klementine said.

As they drove to school, Thomas and Rhyanna were arguing about which celeb was better, John Mayer or Jason Mraz

Klementine just laughed and thought about her friends, Rhyanna was an African American. She had caramel skin and curly hair. She was really pretty. She met Rhyanna on the first day of fourth grade. When her, used to be best friend Dawn was out sick. Rhyanna offered Klementine her cookie and they have inseparable ever since.

Her other friends Jessica and Coral, were like her backup BFFs. They met at a summer camp. Klementine also thought about her dad. He never dated after her mom divorced him. But 2 years ago he finally went out and met the most amazing woman, according to him. Klementine and her sister, Kacey were excited to meet this lady. She hadn’t had a mom in 10 years and she was pretty excited.

As they got to school she spotted her other best friends, Jessica and Coral.

“Klem!! Rhy!! Howwasyoursleep,areyoureadyforthetest.soexcitedtodayaren’tyou!!” rambled Coral.

“CORAL!! Calm down we can’t understand a word you are talking about.” shouted Rhyanna.

“Ok guys ready to go inside.” said Jessica the most responsible one in the group.

As they were walking into their school; Lancaster Prep. She saw Dawn and a girl with mousy dark hair. Coral and Rhyanna laughed at them liked they always did, when they saw Dawn. “Dawn is such a nerd” exclaimed Klem. She knew that Dawn was jealous of her ever since she became best friends with Rhyanna. And now Klementine the most popular girl and Dawn was more jealous now. Her and the girls just laughed and entered their class.
