Over it..

I thought i had you for life,
But little did i know that i was some chess game to you,
My heart,feelings were just toys to up your score,
Did you really mean it,when you said you love me?
Coz every time i said those three words,i meant each syllable,
But i can't stomach the thought that you could vanish into thin air,
You told me it was over,the reason; you don't know,
I begged on my knees for you to come back,but you didn't,
Even a toddler has always some reason for his mischief though he can't speak,
But you didn't.
And as i write this,am not crying or anything,
Am just disappointed,coz you broke the much trust i had in you,
But am not the naïve girl you left an year ago,
I have matured and only beg for what i know is really worth,
And thanks to you,am stronger and bolder to face every guy who follows your footsteps,
Yes i will admit that i still look at the photos we took,and miss you,but that doesn't mean i want you back,
It's just a reminder of who i am today,
And hopefully one day,i will achieve all my dreams,and be a lass of importance,
And that's when you will regret everything that you did to me,
The only words that will be audible from your whispers are,,
