"What would you like to order sir?" I was taking the order of some guy in a grey suit, about 50, balding head. "Are you on the menu?" He asked licking his dehydrated ass lips. I almost gagged. "No sir. What would you like to order?" I asked once more. This guy is trying my patience..

My shift ended about a hour after that. It was 9 pm and Kimmy and I were changing out of our work clothes. "Are you ready amigas?" Asked Romy. "Ready for what?" I asked with a raised eyebrow. "I thought I told you Kat! We're going to Spice tonight!" Kimmy said with a duh tone. "Nuh-Uhh! I'm beat you guys.." I yelled while yawning. "Come on girl! You're going M.I.A on us!" Romy said while snapping his fingers. "Maybe another time. You guys go have fun, I'm gonna go home and get some sleep." I muttered. "Alright girl. Don't wait up on me!" Kimmy said.

We went to Kimmy and I's apartment. We all took showers, only I was going to change into my pajamas and they were changing into their clubbing clothes. "Later Kat!" They both said in unison. "Laters." I said while not looking up from the book I was reading. After about 5 minutes, I realized I was hungry. "Ughhhhh....food." I went to the fridge and noticed the sandwich I was saving was gone. In its place was a note that said "I.O.U"

Dammit Kimmy...

I put on some jeans, a tank top, leather jacket, and boots. Then I left to go to the store around the corner.

Across the street from the apartment.....

"Where could my beautiful Kat be going at this late hour Midnight?"
"Meowwww" was all the cat said. "I agree with you... I should take this opportunity to claim my pet... Smart thinking Midnight." He then started the ignition and started slowly following Katherine..
