I lie on my bed close the curtains tight,

I polish my left hand but struggle to do my right.

I set my alarm clock for 6 'o' clock sharp,

then I search for those floating numbers glowing in the dark.

TV's unplugged, slippers are by my bed,

now I have a new adventure waiting for me up in my head!

We all dream dreams of something or other,

until the mornings when we are awoken by our mothers.

Then we realise though the dream was neither real nor true,

you could not care less because that dream means the world to you.

When awoken we find ourselves crying,

because we know the price of a dream,

no matter how hard we keep trying,

we just can't seem to remeber that dream!

Some dream,others don't,

some remeber, some forget,

try to stay in the moment of when you and that dream met.

When you shook hands and played before the day,

when you could not hold on any longer and that dream slowly flickered away.

These are little miracles that many of us miss,

though you may think this to be a childish thing,

do you question a spaiders silk,

or honey bee's sting?

Feel proud to have a dream you remeber,

share it with your friends until late December.

Reality can be bad I guess that's why we dream,

why would you have a disappointing reality,

when you could dare to dream?
