Noriko Uzumaki's Tale: Prologue

She was sitting at her kitchen table. She was thinking about why they hated her. Why they glared at her when she was just walking by. And why some people

didn't even care about her.

She was only 5 but she's been tortured and hated by almost everyone. Mainly the latter. She was sometimes visited by old man Sarutobi, but that was usually on her birthday.

She knew she had to get ready... But she didn't know for what.

She hated Mondays. She gets up to take a bath.

It was kind of dirty but that's what it'll look like when no one cares to help clean her apartment.

She lives alone, and the only time she goes out is to get some Ichiraku ramen, or to do something old man Sarutobi has planned. She turns the hot water on first and turns the cold water up enough so that the water doesn't feel like its burning her skin.

She gets all her clothes off and gets in the water, but realizes that her soap is up higher than she can reach. She steps on the side of the tub, gets on her tippy-toes and tries to grab the bar of soap. Just as she got s grip on it, it slipped out of her hand.

She tried again but to no avail. She tried one more time, but this time her foot slipped, and she hit her head on the corner of the sink. Blood came out of it as if it were a fire hose.

She started to see blackness appear in her sight. She laced there for a few more seconds before blacking out...
