The Begining Of Wipolow

Chapter 1

G'day my name is Alec and I'm a 16 year old boy. I live on Sydney, Australia and I'm a very interesting boy but I'm also different from others. Today's Thursday August 17 and school ended 46 minutes ago. My life is very complicated my parents got divorced on my 10th birthday and after that I've been isolated from my mum who moved to America. It's been six whole years since I have seen or talked to her and I will finally be able to on Sunday August 20. I'm just worried about my father, I'm scared that he will end up taking his life or drugging himself for breaking my mums heart. I sigh and take deep breathes and say to myself "Alec just stay strong and hope for the best of him."

Dad? You there?"
I open the door and it smells like beer and it feels like depression in there. Its been on the since my dad has seen daylight.
"Yes Alec I'm here." He says on a groan.
"Just wanted to tell you that I'm leaving in a couple of hours to the airport."
"Okay. Have fun meeting your mum. I love you and stay safe."
"I will dad. Love you and stay safe too."
I close his door quitely and leave the house. I left a note there To see what he can do to try at least to make him happy, but I doubt it will.
"Alec, hey how's it going mate? You excited to meet your mum?"
Its my best friend Blake we've been best friends since we were 6 years old. He's a goofy kid, but he's also brave and really shy around new people.
"Haha, yea Blake I'm excited"
"Well your not going alone mate."
"What do you mean Blake?"
"I'm coming with you mate. You think I would let you go somewhere without me mate?"
"Hahaha. No Blake I guess not."
"We have been best friends for a long time. We have explored most of our memories together. I'm not letting you go explore America on your own."
"Okay. Lets go to then mate."
"Alright mate let's do this!"
