Looking right at me was no other that the boy I ran into earlier.
He slowly started climbing out of the pool, and let me tell you he was attractive.
Damn look at those abs

He started walking in my direction and my heart started to beat faster.
Before he got near me he stopped at a chair a few down from mine and grabbed a towel.
Thank god he's not coming over here
My sister turned over to face me and whispered something
"Hey juliet that hot boy over there keeps looking at us, not sure if he's looking at me or you but let's go into the hot tub and see if he keeps looking at us"
I rolled my eyes at her and stood up. She also got up and walked towards the hot tub.
Honestly I don't know why I agreed to this since it's 95 degrees outside and we live in Alabama, usually people want to cool off not go in a hot tub.
I sat down on the concrete ground and stuck my feet in.
"Isn't this so relaxing" Alex said while looking at the boy who was paying no attention to her.
"Yeah sure whatever"
"What's your problem?"
"Nothing I just want to go home" I wined
"unless you want dad to hit you i don't think we have a choice"
I groaned and sat back on my hands.
I looked at the little kids splashing around in the water and it made me miss my childhood.
"Good afternoon ladies" a familiar voice said
I looked up to see the boy I ran into this morning looking down at me
"Can we help you? " I asked
Alex swatted at my arm
"Actually you can, I was wondering why you looked so familiar?"
"I don't know maybe you've seen me in a store or something, you don't look familiar at all" my sister steps in
"Actually I was talking to this beautiful lady right here" he pointed at me and Alex gave me a weird look.
"You're the guy I ran into today in the woods right"
A smile appeared across his face "ah yes that why I recognize you"
"Yeah sorry about that"
"It's fine. Do you ladies want to go get a drink or something?"
Before I could say no my sister spoke "we'd love to"
I gave her a dirty look
"Great I'll be back in about a half hour I just need to pick up my brother"
"Kay see you then" my sister waved as he walked away
"Really?"
"What's so bad about having some fun. Besides you already know him"
"Not really I bumped into him on my run today I wouldn't call that 'knowing him' "
She rolled her eyes "come on Juliet loosen up a bit. Your 18 now, you need to learn to live your life"
"I don't need to go get a drink with a stranger to be able to live my life. Besides we don't even know his name"
"Whatever Juliet it's your life, But I'm going. He's hot and he has a brother" she raised her eyebrow
"No I'm not hanging out with his brother so you can be with him"
She rolled her eyes and got out of the hot tub
"Where are you going?"
"Making sure I look okay for when we see him again duh"
I rolled my eyes and followed her to the bathroom
To be honest I've never had a boyfriend before or really even talked to a boy before because I was afraid they were like my father
*hours later*
We waited at the curb for the boy to come back
"I bet 5 bucks he won't show up"
"Shut up Juliet he's coming"
I crossed my arms over my chest and pulled out my crappy phone
I've never been able to afford a smartphone since my father doesn't pay for anything. I still have a flip phone
A car pulled up next to the curb and I took 5 dollars out of my purse
"Keep it Jules(what her sister calls her sometimes)"
I shrugged and put it back in my purse
The boy stepped out of the drivers seat and walked around the car
"Sorry about the wait my brother was still asleep when I got back"
He opened the car door for us
"I'm sorry I can't get into a strangers car without knowing your name"
"Oh sorry I'm Grayson and my brother in the passengers seat is Ethan, what's you name"
"I'm Alex" my sister stepped in front of me and shook his hand
"And what's you name beautiful?"
"Juliet"
"Nice to meet you Juliet"
I smiled and we climbed into the backseat
"So Grayson where are we going exactly"
My sister talked to him the whole time while I looked out the window and zoned out
"Jules we're here" Alex shook me pulling me out of my daydream
"K"
We got out of the car and headed into the small coffee shop
