That voice...
That song...
That face...
Oh my..
It can't be..
I looked around, and at her and at Damon.
"Is it her?" Damon asked.
"Pastel? But I.."
"Dude that's her!!!"
"Did you um..?
"Think it was her, so I brought you here in a tuxedo? Yes yes I did" He smiled.
"Shes.. she's beautiful"
"You gotta talk to her bro!" he exclaimed.
I gulped, nervously,"But what if she doesn't remember me?"
He rolled his eyes,"You know she will"
I watched her onstage. Her voice was amazing. She was amazing. I was wishing for the set to end so I could talk to her. But I was also wishing for it to last forever because I was very nervous. I could swear she kept looking at me though. I hoped she was.
The set ended, finally. And she rushed off stage. I tried to keep watching her but people were in the way. I sighed. I was suddenly poked on the shoulder. I turned to face the person.
"Hi Chrissy" she smiled at me.
"Pastel I.. I missed you" I smiled back.
"Awe I missed you too" she hugged me tightly.
I hugged her back,"I uh couldn't stop thinking about you"
She stepped back, smiling,"I had the same problem"
"Gosh you're so pretty" I spoke. Oh my was that right to say?
"Awe you're looking pretty snazzy yourself, tiger"
She had a smile on her face the whole time we talked.
"I uh thanks" I stammered.
She looked back at the stage,"Wanna ditch this place?"
"And go where?" I wondered.
"Starbucks," she started to lead me out,"I'm buying"
I looked back towards the stage, "But what about the show?"
She stopped, momentarily to shrug. "Oh, come on. My band's set is over anyways. And Damon won't mind."
Placing a hand on my chin, I soon nodded to this, "Alright. Let's go."
Instead of responding, Pastel grins, grabbing onto my hand and pulling me outside. Is this really happening? I hope so.
(Well this chapters short, but im working on some longer ones.)
