Realizing that life is beautiful is the easy part ; But the difficult task is to live according to that thought .
That's the challenging part; To be positive in every aspect in your life, in all your moods and even while stress or mood altering ,you still keep positive attitude and positive behavior that will influence your surroundings.
But that needs training on communication skills, experience and knowledge of priorities; Exemple you have to pay your phone bill but you are not in the mood so you don't go to do it, they may cut your phone number and you'll have more worries.
Thinking that you have to pay them even if it's hot outside and long way to go and you're tired if work and you move to do it, that's a training for yourself and if u can challenge the limits that only our brains create them; If you can control your brain then you will have unlimited creative imagination and you'll apply your creativeness on your behavior.

¤What is Beauty?
¤Who made the beauty measures?
¤Who is responsible about the society 's idea about beauty?
the answer is
NOBODY...No rules No laws NOTHING BUT US... OUR BRAINS...
In some tribes in Africa they consider the more cuts in her face the girl have the more beautiful she is, and it's very important measure to choose a bride.
In some cultural heritage in India they more hairy the girl is the more beautiful she is. there is even girls don't cut a single hair for their whole lifes.
In other places in the world like Laos they are famous about the loong bracelets they wear on their necks and their hands and legs that some in Myanmar villagers wear it so the girl that have longer neck ,hands or legs sye is the most beautiful.
.... So the beauty measures are different from a place to another and from a culture to another that's why we see all this conflict about beauty -nowadays- around the world but if we look at beauty from one angle we will see only one measure; THE BEAUTY IS IN THE HUMAN BRAIN THAT CAN BE SO DIFFERENT BUT FOCUS ON THE SAME AMAZINGS
