Lost in time

Michael woke from his horrifying dream. Sweating just like Michael Jordan, after having a basketball tournament. BOOM! a noise came, Michael wondered where that noise came from, he rushed down the stairs. That noise came again BOOM! He realized that the disturbing noise was coming from the basement. He always wondered what his dad was working on but he didn't bother to ask. " dad what's all that noise?" Michael said with curiosity " nothing son just a little experiment I'm working on" Said Michael's dad. " how important can it be, it's two in the morning". Michael said in a loud voice. He got no response so he went back upstairs and laid on his bed, puzzled over what his dad was working on over months.  Michael's mom yelled " wake up it's eight in the morning" he woke up after getting yelled by his mom. Michael brushed his teeth and head downstairs seeing his usual breakfast, oatmeal cereal. After eating his breakfast he went outside and started practicing basketball and all you could hear him say was " yes! I got it". Suddenly a bright blue light came from the basement window. Michael looked through the basement window,it was the most coolest most amazing thing on earth it was a time machine! Michael's eyes were filled with amazement.But at the same time he wondered why did his dad make the time machine look like a Santa sleigh? " Michael what are you looking at?" said Michael's dad " oh just nothing" said Michael.Michael got very curios so  at night he decided to take a look at what he had seen. As he entered the basement the bright blue light shined at him again. Michael got so excited that he rushed down the basement stairs and went down to the time machine. There were so many numbers ,Michael thought maybe they were there for to decide the date where the time machine would take him. Michael decided to take himself back to......
