"Ambrissa, Ambrissa wake up, wake up."  Someone whispered before I jerked myself foward, slamming my stomach into the edge of the desk.

I quickly looked up at the clock, 8:50, it's okay it's only 8:50, I'm fine, I didn't go over, I told myself for about a minute over and over again in my head.  As I tried to figure out exactly what I saw in my dream, but something blocked my thoughts, the shape.  That's all that I could think about, the horns and the spikes.  I started to feel pain jolt through my body from my stomach.  My head started to throb so I brought my hands up and started gripping my head.

"Ambrissa I think you need to go to the office.  Someone go with her."  Mr. B. spoke through the silence as I heard two sets of feet get up, but then I heard someone sit down as someone said, "It's fine Daniel, I've got her."

I felt someone grip my arms to help me up as I held my head in my hands.  When I heard the door shut, I decided to open my eyes.  When I lifted my head, I saw Ryane.  Great, just great, he's the one taking me to the office, I hope that he isn't crushing on me, yuck!  We reached the office and there was Judy at the desk who greeted us with,

"Ambrissa, another head injury I'm guessing, let me get the ice."

"ANOTHER head injury?" Ryane mumbled to himself.

"No, I didn't hit my head this time.  I accidentally slammed my stomach into the edge of my desk when I jerked myself up, because I fell asleep during math."

"Alright then, I'm gonna have to have you keep this on your stomach then."  She answered handing me an icepack.  "But why are you holding your head?"

"It's throbbing, and it really hurts, but I don't know why."

"Then you'll need ice for that too."  She trailed off getting me another icepack.

We left the office, and then Ryane asked me, "You remind me of someone from my dreams ever since I was little.  I didn't realize that he was still gripping my arms until I tried to put the other icepack on my head.

"Could'ya stop holding me, it's kind of hard to hold two icepacks with one hand."  He dropped his hands and I moved away from him a few feet while keeping the icepack for my stomach to the other side of my head.

When we reached the room, the bell rang.  Everyone rushed out the door to second period.  I stuffed the icepacks into the laptop case and left.  Second, third, and fourth period went normal except for the fact that Ryane and Jearron were in every of those classes too.  Now it was the last part of fifth period, lunch.

"Hurry Zoey, I wanna be near the front of the line so I can actually have time for recess today!"  I said.

Only my class had gotten out of class, but I still didn't like waiting.  When Zoey finally got her laptop to fit into her locker, we skipped off to lunch.  I smelled what we were having as soon as I entered the cafeteria, turkey and gravy on mashed potatoes, peach slices, green beans and a cinnamon roll.

Eighth period is finally over, and of course Ryane and Jearron were in all of my classes except for band.  I made my way to the school library to wait for my bus to come.  I felt my hair being pulled lightly.

"Daniel.  You can stop now."  I waited for him to stop, but he didn't.  "Are you trying to make me smack you?"

"I do it just to annoy you.  And cause it's so long, it's hard not to pull it."

"Well I'm not gonna cut it, so get used to it."  I informed him for like the billionth time this month while holding my hair against my neck.

Later that night while I lay in bed, I dreamt of how if my dreams really did come true, that if all the damage actually happened, what would happen to everyone?  These thoughts trailed me off to sleep, not knowing what creatures lay ahead.
