I made it back to my room and turned into a wolf again, but this time I turned back into a human every few seconds to draw another section of my picture of my wolf self.  When I got done, I realized that I had different features than I thought I did when I tried to draw a picture.  After a few minutes of studying the different features of my picture, I got myself stuck studying and looking through all of my books about wolves.  There was a knock at my door and I thought about how to hide this mess from whoever it was.

"Ambrissa, what are you doing in there?"  After I didn't answer and was busy 'covering up' my mess, Ryane opened the door and came in.  "Since you're not answering I'm coming in.  What are doing in here?"

"Uh, just trying to make it more the way I want to in here."

"And, putting a blanket on your desk is your idea of making yourself comfortable?"  He walked over to me and continued.  "Anyway, do you want to go into the practice field again.  I can help you to beat a guy in a fight.  Or are you too busy?"

"I'll never be too busy to fight, so let's go!"  I shoved him out the door and shut it.

After I turned into a wolf, he did the same and we ran through the halls down to the field, once again I won with a ringing in my ear, so I couldn't help but cover my ears with my paws and whine.  The ringing was followed by a loud roar like a dragon when I stood up, but then I fell down and things all around me were like loud screams and I saw a dark shadow with a long whip and sword in its hands, but then it was followed by demon looking wolves.  My eyes went big and I let out a whimper but it was too late, the whip hit Ryane and he let out a loud yelp as a huge gash appeared on the side of his face.

With all the strength that I had left, I lept onto the shadow and it fell but then I was shoved back by the wolves.  When they started to surround me, I got up and ready, I had to push myself harder than usual to protect Ryane.  Then Ryane tried to get up but was whipped across the face and fell back down again.

Now when I looked at Ryane, there was blood oozing out of his wounds and a lot of blood.  I felt something build up inside me and my vision started to get a tint of red, then I attacked the wolves with anger, their own blood was covering them now.  I could smell so much blood and I could practically feel their fear, then my body began to shift, I felt my claws grow longer and my tail grew longer, wings came out my back and when I looked at my wings, they were green and feathered.  The wolves looked so scared, and the shadow disappeared with flick of his cloak, but only the wolves that didn't attack me, went with him.

I stared at the injured wolves and crept towards them, but hesitated to hurt them even more, then something came to my mind and told me that I could help them.  So I thought about an ability that I might have, and flapped my wings to test them out and flew up above them then I opened my mouth and thought about a healing gas to help heal them.  When I looked at them, something was shooting out of my mouth and healing them.  After they were all healed, I attempted to bring myself down smoothly but ended up hitting the ground with a loud thud then shook my head from the fall.

The wolves looked at me and I nodded, then they ran off into the forest surrounding the castle.  I looked at Ryane and he was cornered against the fence, his eyes were wide and filled with fear.  When I got up and took a step towards him, he backed up even more into the fence, great now my brother's afraid of me.  I flew off into the forest and stopped when I guessed that I was more than a mile away.

Ryane was afraid of me now, so I probably shouldn't go back, besides I'm already the odd one of the family just like before.  Now I felt like crying, then I heard the roaring that sounded like a dragon again.  The forest was getting dark, so I decided to see if my green wings were glowing right now, and they were, so now at least I have light to see around.  Then I thought to myself, I promised Mikal that I'd be there for him when he needed me, and I'll never know when that is.  But my body forced me to lay down and sleep, so I let myself fall asleep underneath a giant redwood tree, and then it came to me.
