I'm awoken by the sound of a car door opening and closing, followed by a mumbled chatter of voices from outside my window. I reposition myself and stay silent as I try to make out some of the muffled conversation.

I quickly scoot closer to the middle right as I hear footsteps coming near. A cool rush of wind travels past my skin as my door is suddenly yanked open. I whimper and squeeze my eyes shut once more as I wrap my arms around myself to block out the cold.

"Rise and shine." Dean's voice says, causing me to moan in denial.

I bury my face into my knees.
"Nooo."

"Come on. You have to get out, we're at the hotel." Dean says, totally ignoring my input. He pulls on my arm and I pull away with a glare.

Who does this dude think he is?

"Great," Dean groans, just before shouting back to his brother. "Keep the door open Sammy." he says to him before bending down towards me. I peek an eye open to stare at him.

"What are you doi-," I stop and scream as he lifts me up in his arms and carries me over to where Sam stood, holding the motel door open for us.

"Let me down!" I scream as I thrash in his arms, my heart hammering inside my chest. He just laughs at my attempt and shakes his head.

"If you say so." he says before throwing me down on the bed. I land with a slight thump and I look up to glare at him.

"Not funny." I complain before sitting up straight. I toss my legs over the edge of the bed and cross my arms.

Dean shrugs, "Pretty funny to me."

I give him a quick glare before coming to my senses, realizing that I had absolutely no idea where I was.

"Where are we?" I ask, glancing over at the boys for an answer.

"In the great state of Arizona." Dean replies.

"What? Arizona?" I ask in astonishment, "That's an eight hour drive from San Diego."

"Actually nine when someone has to pee every five seconds." Sam glares towards Dean. I let out a short laugh.

"It's called staying hydrated, Sammy. You should try it sometime." Dean gives a smug smile as he picks up a newspaper from the stand beside of him.

Sam scoffs and rolls his eyes.

"Wait, so I slept for nine hours straight?" I ask, causing Sam's attention to turn back to me.

'"Yeah," he nods, "You passed out."

I blush slightly in embarrassment, hoping I didn't do anything out of the ordinary in my sleep.

"But why are we here?" I ask, "What do you want with me?"

"Want with you? We don't want anything." Sam says, his features looking genuine, although I knew it'd be wrong of me to trust him this soon.

"Oh really?" I scoff, "You guys just happen to save my life in an alley way, drag me to your car, drive me to Arizona, where we end up in some crappy motel?" I raise an eyebrow.

"She does have a point." Dean pipes up, causing Sam to sigh.

"Listen, I know it looks bad, but it's not what it seems." Sam tries to explain.

"Then, what is it?"

Sam pauses, "There are some things you don't know."

"Like what?" I ask, my voice sounding slightly on edge.
