The oceans seemed to last forever... I've become accustomed to the sound of the waves beating against my ship. My name is Justin, Justin Haven. To my crew I'm Captain Haven. To my close friends (pirate captains mostly) I'm called Captain Justin Haven. Yeah I know it seems stupid but it's a natural code that we all follow. Anyway I earned my title as captain of this ship. Mostly taking into consideration that I built the damn thing from scratch by MYSELF. This majestic ship took me TEN long and hard years to complete. This here ship is my pride and joy making a ship as large as this one made me one powerful man. Although I may not look very strong I am. I'm also a very good fighter. Only one person has tried to take over my ship and take my title as captain. He didn't last two seconds against me. I'm captain (and a damn good one at that) for a reason. I've just started this journey of mine, it's my first time sailing... by myself with my crew. By the way that guy who tried to take over as new captain was literally just dealt with a second ago. He thought that just because I hadn't sailed before that I wasn't good enough. Now he's at the bottom of the sea. I've been taught to sail by one of my close pirate buddies, but that's a story for another time. The reason I've decided to even sail out here is because I received a mysterious letter yesterday. This letter was addressed to me and it's contents were very unusual. It was from some lady named Teresa. I don't know who she is or how she knew my name but she wanted to meet me in person. I was hesitant to go but she wanted to speak to me about a "very important matter." My pirate buddy Jared Ravenfield persuaded me to go.
"Aye she might be quite the beauty you know?" He told me.
"She has something important to tell you too. She might be in trouble and you're not one to leave a damsel in distress." He said.
So that's why I'm here on my custom made ship. He was right after all I'd never leave a lady in danger that's just the type of guy I am. There are actually a few ladies that are a part of my crew. They insisted that I let them tag along and help out. I told them that it might be dangerous but they didn't care. I liked their adventurous spirit so I welcomed them abroad. Another weird thing about this letter is that it came with a map. This map has latitude and longitude coordinates on it. The thing is there was no island or anything at the coordinates. I've checked so many different maps to see if these coordinates lead to anything but it didn't there's just a empty stretch of ocean there. So why am I going in the first place? Well that's because I'm curious to see to see if this location is an uncharted island or some lost ancient civilization. The only flaw in this theory of mine about the ancient civilization is how Teresa knew the English language and figured out how to send the letter to me that could also bring up various other questions. So there you have it that's why I've decided to follow the map that this Teresa woman sent to me.
