Naruto grumbled as he walked to the mental asylum known as school. He placed his headphones in his ears and played "True Friends" by Bring Me The Horizon. He mouthed the words to the song as the lyrics echoed his head.

I wouldn't hold my breath if I was you

True friends stab you in the front

'The lyrics are so true it's kinda sad' he thought to himself.

His thoughts were interrupted when he bumped into a wandering raven-headed taller male with vibrant redish eyes. "Are you okay?" he asked the male gently, whom showed no sign of hearing him. He stood up and grabbed the male's hand, pulling him up off the concrete. The male rubbed his head a bit before opening his eyes. "Are you okay?" Naruto tried again, "Yes, I'm sorry, are you okay as well?" he asked with a voice as cool as ice. "Yeah thanks, um, are you lost?" Naruto asked the dude. "Yeah I'm kinda lost, do you know the way to Hidden Leaf High?" the tall raven replied. "Just take a left, onto that street and continue that away, I can show you if you want" Naruto said pointing in the direction of the High School. "As much as I'd appreciate that, don't you have somewhere to be?" the long haired raven asked him. "Well yeah I do, but I'm on my way in that direction anyway, see? The middle school is just around the corner from the high school" Naruto told the older male. "Um, thank you, Itachi, by the way" Itachi smiled at Naruto. "The name's Naruto, you new here?" Naruto said grinning his foxy grin at Itachi.

The two walked to the high school, and then Naruto left to jog to the middle school.

Just as he got into the building the loud bell shattered his eardrums. 'Fuck, I'm late' he mentally cursed.

"So Uzumaki, what's the excuse this time?" Iruka's stern, manly-but-mother-like voice boomed out as the rest of the class giggled. "Sorry Iru-sensei, but there was this new guy, and he was lost so I had to show him where the high school was, believe it, ttebayo" Naruto explained cheerfully. "A new boy? This late in the school year? Do you really think I'd believe that Naruto?" Iruka sighed. "Well, I don't know, but if it was false I would've come up with a different story right? I mean I don't know what he was doing showing up so late, but that's not my fault, right? But he is real!" Naruto pestered. "I suppose you're right, now go sit down" Iruka sighed.

The class droned on for Naruto, until the ear shattering bell ring again. Naruto grabbed his stuff and nearly bolted over to his best friends, who sat on the other side of the classroom.

They walked out into the hall, and the brunette boy asked Naruto, "Dude was that story real? Does the guy you were talking about exist?" the mutt-like male pestered. "Yes, Kiba, he is real!" Naruto huffed at his fluffy friend, "Was he cute? Or dreamy? Was he kind?" Naruto's fangirl friend pestered, eager to find her so-called "dream boy" whom she'd been chasing for ever. "Well he was kind, but cute and dreamy? How do you expect me to know that? I'm not gay!" Naruto groaned at his pinkette friend. "You sure about that?" Kiba laughed, "Kibaaaa, Sakuraaa, you guys are so mean!" Naruto whined. "Whatever, just in your opinion was he cute?" Sakura continued to pester the poor blonde "No way, he was tall, manly, and muscular, he was a high schooler and he had vibrant redish eyes and long hair as black as a starless night" Naruto described Itachi to his friends. "See what I mean? GAYYYYY!" Kiba teased his friend. "I am not gay! I am a poet!" "Yeah yeah, still gay" the mutt-boy laughed. "Yeah, yeah, whatever mutt boy! Just cause you're in the closet doesn't mean you have to drag me down too!" Naruto yelled at Kiba. "In the closet? Excuse me? I like girls, not guys!" Kiba practically yelled out. "What about that little crush you had on Shi-?" Naruto teased loudly before Kiba covered Naruto's mouth with his hand. "Shut up! That was nothing! I was just curious!" Kiba defended, his whole face turning almost as red as the vibrant, crimson, triangle birthmarks under his eyes. Sakura burst out laughing and didn't stop until they got to the next class room. "What's so funny?" Kiba and Naruto grumbled in sync "To be honest, you two!" she laughed out "How rude" Naruto pouted "Meanie" Kiba whined. "Well kinda off topic, but, Kakashi's not here!" Naruto stated "When is he ever?" Kiba rolled his eyes "True, true" Naruto laughed and Sakura giggled.

Okay so the chapter is a little short and stuff and yeah we didn't meet Sasuke, but we met Itachi sooooo Sasuke is coming hush cupcakes
