Kaneki walked over to her grave carrying those red flowers they shared a love for. He sighed trying not to let out a cry as he placed her eye patch he took and the flowers on the grave. "Y/N,I'm so sorry"he said sitting beside it now leaning against the stone. "Don't cry Kaneki..."a brush voiced passed beside him. Appeared beside him was a spirit of Y/N same bloodied outfit same look." Y/N your here? "he asked barely a whisper in shock. "Never cry over me Kaneki now let's go."she said smiling as they got up and started walking back. Kaneki felt a light wind that stayed on his hand which meant Y/N was holding it in her spirit.
