"Did you know that I used to be a huge magic geek?" I ask her, getting odd looks from Naomi.

Ah, fifth grade was a dark time for you, wasn't it?

"Like...card tricks and disappearing coins kind of magic geek?" She responds, a small smile at her lips.

Her red lips are breath taking, just makes you wanna take her breath away.

"Yep." I nod.

"Truth or Dare?" She asks.

"Truth."

"What number am I thinking of?" She smiles.

FourFourFour.

"Four?" I question, hoping it's right.

"How did you know?" She laughs, amazed.

I love her laugh so much.

"That's how many years we've known each other. It's always the number I think of too." I confess, blushing a tad bit.

Good thing it's eleven and there's practically no light out.

"Okay, fair enough." She smiles.

"Truth or Dare?"

"Truth." She responds.

"Have you ever liked me?" I ask.

She's gonna say no.
Pleaseyes.Pleaseyes.Pleaseyes.

"Sorry, Levitt. I'm apart of the one percent that has never liked you."

Oh! Did you hear that?

No?

It was your heart breaking by the way.

Hear it now?

Crack, rip, shatter. Crack, rip, shatter.

"I guess you and Ben Retwitch have one less thing in common." I chuckle.

Crack.

Rip.

Shatter.

"Did we ever have anything in common in the first place?" She giggles. Wow, I love her laughs.

You're both really hot and at least one person is head over heels for you.

"Maybe, who knows?" I smile.

You know.

"Truth or Dare?" She asks.

"Truth."

"Have you ever loved me?"

I don't

"know." I wish you could hear my thoughts and what words I mean to say. "Truth or Dare?"

"Dare."

"I dare you to rub my makeup off."

"I need makeup wipes for that."

"At least get my lipstick off." Also known as, please kiss me.

Naomi comes closer to me.

BeatBeatBeat.

BeatBeatBeat.

BeatBeatBeat.

She runs the back of her hand over my lips, smearing the lipstick. Naomi licks her thumb and gets the rest off. "Done. Truth or Dare?"

"Dare."

"I dare you to stay in a relationship for more than two weeks next time." She smirks, leaning to her side and barely grazing my arm.

Ouch, that must've hurt.

Maybe she could be the one you stay with for more than two weeks?

Oh wait, she doesn't even like you.

Crack, rip, shatter.

"Fine. Truth or Dare?" I ask.

Please say Dare, I want you to get closer to me.

"Truth."

Fine, I can work with this.

"What's the next wish?"

"To go the nearest market and pick up the weirdest item we can find." She smiles.

God, I love her smile.

Smile, smile, smile.

"Why would we need to do that?"

"So we can do the fifth wish."

I love writing Eric's thoughts so much. They're my favorite part of this entire book to be honest.
