~Rose~
It was Jackson, my coworker.
"Well, well, isn't someone busy with work."
"I'm still on my lunch break, so, therefore, I'm not working."
"Anyway, have you seen him?"
"Him?" I asked.
"Yeah, the Greek god! Girl, you mean to tell me that you haven't seen the boss yet?"
"Well, maybe."
"Spill it. Now."
So I told him about how we meet and all. Jackson was shocked.
As you can already guess, he's gay and doesn't care what anyone thinks. That's why (and that he is an excellent person) Lissa and I hang out with him almost every day.
"This is so great." He said.
"How?" I asked, confused.
"Not telling. Bye!" Jackson said, walking out my door.
"Ass," I said, turning back to my phone.
I look at the clock, and I notice that my lunch break is about over.
'Well, better get to work.' I thought.

It was time to go home. Happy, I gathered my things and headed back. I was walking into the elevator when I heard a voice.
"Hold the door." He said. I knew that voice; it was my boss; as he was coming up to the elevator, not even a minute later, the doors closed. Letting out a breath that I didn't know I was holding — coming out to the lobby, I see that almost everyone has gone home for the weekend.
I see Lissa's car out front, sighing of relief. It took us about 20 minutes to get home because of the traffic. You have to love New York and it's traffic. We talked about how our day went and all.
"So, are you going to tell me what happened with your boss?" She asked.
"Well," I began and told her what had happened today.
"No freaken way!"
"Yeah," I said, trying not to show the blush coming onto my cheeks. "Well, that, and Tyler was looked up in his office all day."
"Why? And why didn't you hold the door?"
"No idea, and as for the door, I just didn't push the button fast enough," I said, walking up to the door.
When we got home, we both changed into pajamas and turned on Once Upon a Time. Both of us are a bit behind.
"Oh, crap! I forgot to get some snacks." Lissa said.
"I'll pause it and get us some drinks too," I said, getting up from the couch where we both sat.
A few minutes later, we were both backs with some chips, dip, and some popcorn and drinks I know, healthy dinner.
We began to watch one of our favorite shows of all time. After about the middle of the sixth episode of the third season, I notice that I had a new text message. It was from an unknown number.
It said-
Rose, I probably sure that you don't know this number, but this is Tyler Lambert.
"Lissa-"
"Shhhhh, I'm trying to watch this," she said, eating popcorn.
Rolling my eyes at her. "Well, then."
Finishing the next five, I realized that it was just about two in the morning and that Lissa has already fallen asleep. Getting up and taking the leftovers from our marathon and putting them in the kitchen, not caring that I will have to deal with them in a couple of hours.
I was walking back to the couch to find my best friend lying on one side of it. I got a blanket from the closet and coming back to the sofa and covering both of us up with it.
'Might as well join her.' I thought, sitting down at the other end.
I turned the TV off and went to sleep.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hey!!! Should I do Tyler's POV again? IDK. I think I might. I'll think about it some more. Hope you like this chapter.
