The Land of Shrine and Magic

Chapter 1

  It was a night of horror. The sky was black like ink, no stars or moon could be seen. The forest was as dark as black. The only light source there was the light from the lamp. Unfortunately, the light did little to shine its surroundings. The dark was thick and pitch black, and the only thing that can be seen was the area that the light was, about two metres in diameters.

The lady was wearing a red robe, her hair was black and short, reaching only above her shoulder. She wore long jeans that hugged her hips and wears a blue-coloured shirt. She even wears a navy blue colored lipstick on her lips.

Right now she's the Land of Shrines and Magics ( LOSAM ) in Singhalusord. She needs to find her brother that been held captived a few days ago.

- Three days ago -
" Lace, dinners ready! You have twenty seconds to get down here before I feed yours to Buster " the girl called her brother. At this time, she was wearing a blue dress with black stripes that more across the dress. She likes blue, thats why her room is blue, though we havent gone to that area yet. Her brother was practicing some magic ball orbs in his room. He just start to get the hang of it when -

Boom.

" Holy crap! Lace, what the hell?! You just blew the roof off! " The lady screamed. Her brother walked downstairs and explained.

" Sorry Clara, got the potion wrong. " Lace said.

" I thought you were practicing magic orbs, not making potion. "

" I was, but then I have another assignment to do, so I wasnt paying attention and spoke the wrong ritual, and you know what happened next. " Lace giggled. Clara wasn't happy about it. Seeming that the roof has a big hole in it and will take decades to fix and is very expensive to pay, but she just sighs. " Just fix the roof after dinner. I dont want to see the house wet when it rains. " " Yea, okay 😒 " and then they set off for dinner.

The time they had dinner is kinda quiet one. None one of them talked throughout the dinner. When Lace was done, he went upstairs to continue with his assignment. But it didn't last two minutes when -

" Crash!! " the roof was destroyed! What Clara saw next was his brother clinging on for dear life on the machine.  " Damn you, creatures! Let go of me! I have you know I'm the best spell caster and - " then the machine threw him into the air and put him into a cage. " Ouch, that hurts! " " Lace! What the heck is that?! " " I dont know but something tells me its not good! " " Here, take it! " Clara threw a pin that looked like a flower. " Just pin it on your shirt. Its a communicating device and also a beacon. I'll locate you ad fast as I can. " " Okay " before he said it the machine flee west in a blink of an eye. She knew that she had to find him quickly as she saw the machine fading away quickly. " I
gotta find him! ", she thought.
