Karma was born a male, and is transitioning into a female. Nagisa had no idea. In fact, from his point of view, Karma was still a guy. They had been dating for some time now, and both of them wanted to take things one step further. Karma was hesitant to tell Nagisa about him being trans, so he kept quiet. Even in the moments leading up to them "getting it on" he hadn't said a thing. Nagisa was grinding against where Karma's dick was supposed to be, but instead it was flat. He pulled away in surprise and stared at a blushing Karma.
"K-Karma-kun, w-what, what's g-going on?"
"Okay, u-um, where do I start?" Karma questioned where Nagisa wanted him to begin.
"From the beginning!"
"Okay, um, well, you see... I was obviously born a male, but I've never felt comfortable in my own skin. After a while I couldn't deal with it anymore, so I, ya know..." Karma explained, gesturing downwards. Nagisa looked where Karma was gesturing and his face went red. He crawled even further on top of Karma, drawing his hand across his chest seductively.
"We could still, ya know, do it." Nagisa suggested.
"Nah." Karma said backflipped away.
