"This is unfair.", Erick said

"What seems unfair to you."

"That I'm in prison for a crime that I didn't commit."

Abigail's pov
"What do you mean you're in prison for a crime you didn't commit?!

"I mean that it wasn't me who raped you. It was somebody else?

"Who could it be? Other than you. All the signs lead up to you."

"Remember you're ex boyfriend Matthew?".

"Yeah."

"Doesn't he have the same blue eyes I have. It was him."

"That doesn't mean anything. And plus your Cuban necklace was in my hospital room the same night you tried to rape me."

"It wasn't me!

"How can you prove that."

"The night you got into the car accident and you were in your hospital room, I was there and Matthew was there. He tried to enter your room and he tried to kiss you but I stopped him. We had a little fight and an argument and I guess my necklace fell off. But I swear over the love that I have for you that I didn't try to rape you."

His eyes were full of tears and even though I wasn't sure about what he was saying there was still some part of me saying to believe him.

"I'm sorry Erick for coming here and for blaming you. You shouldn't be here and I'm going to do my best to get you out."

"It's no use in trying, Matthew deleted all of the videos in the hospital. And then when the police took him outside of the hospital he ran away. And I had to be there so since I look like Matthew they thought I was him."

"Why would Matthew do something like this?"

"He wanted to—."
At that moment the bell rang and our time was up. They grabbed Erick and took him away.

I walked out the door and the officials gave me back my phone. I turned it back on and saw that I had 13 new messages from Joel.

Joel:Hey
Joel:Wyd?
Joel:Hi can I come over?
Joel:I'm already here
Joel:where are you?
Joel:Hello....
Joel:I found the key under the doormat
Joel:I'm in your room
Joel:where are you?
Joel:come out come out wherever you are
Joel:I'm just gonna wait here
Joel:and wait
Joel:and wait

I quickly got into my car and rushed home.
I slowly entered into the house.
I grabbed a midnight snack from the kitchen and went upstairs.
I slowly turned the doorknob. Waiting for Joel to be there.
But when I opened the door you wouldn't believe who I saw....
