Streches

You shall be calm and be relaxed.

Push ups

You shall not force your self up or down. ,

Sit ups

Come up slow go down slow. Never force your self to come up or down.

Kicks

You shall be calm release with power not with force.

Punches

Don't force your punch let it come out remember. never force your punch.

Kick combos

Let it come out but not by force. Let power come out but not by force.

Punches combos

Ball your fist but never clutch it. Let the combos eas out never force it out.

Kick, Punches combos

By force will never work. Calmness will complete it.

Splits

Never force a split or you will hurt your self. Take your mind off the split take it to a joyful place.

Movement between body

Never show fere or enemy will have some thing over you.

Pause Post

Try hold post. Inhale and Exhale. Think about you in a better place.

Hand Stand Push Up

It may hurt very bad it's okay. Don't use force or you will loose your construction and fall.
