I can't tell you how we became friends but I can tell you that I was hooked immediately. He walks with such a grace and beauty that I was embarrassed to walk next to him. The slightest mention of him gave me butterflies. Don't get me started on what it felt to feel his presence. Ha! It was simply consuming to the point where every vein, warmed me.
We had chemistry and later on we discovered that we both had the two of the same free periods. We started hanging out. More and more, but only at school, I don't know why but I didn't hang out with people often out of school. We helped each other, but to be honest I might've needed the help but if he was there there was no way that I could focus on chemistry. The only chemistry I could focus on was, us.
I don't even know what happened but next thing I know I'm bringing him to meet my friends after school in the library to do homework. What do you know? I don't get anything done because he's so distracting. I started to notice things that weren't keen to my friends. The way he bites his lip when he's focused or pushes his glasses when he gets to the next problem. Or my favorite is when he is focused and you call his name and his head snaps up with surprise and his eyes widen a little bit.
After that meeting with my friends, none of them liked him because to them he was annoying but to me he was annoyingly funny. Except to Mary. She liked him but I didn't know. But I'm the type of person to be cool with that as long as you know that I like him and I technically have dibs because of "girl code". But one by one all my friends started to take a liking to him. I knew I lost him right then and there.
