10. Alicia Rescues Me(It's supposed to be the other way around)

I'm on the ground covered with blood and with a broken arm. Alicia had turned her powers against me draining my life energy. Through half-open eyes, I watch as Alicia slowly heals my wounds so I'm not at the brink of death. I fight my way through the pain and try to sit up, but that hurts too much just thinking about it. I just keep my eyes open, but even that hurts. I slowly lose consciousness.

ETHAN'S POINT OF VIEW

I watch as Alicia heals Brian. It's amazing. Her confidence is radiating making even me feel like nothing is impossible. Then, I watch as Brian's dark brown irises turn black. My confidence wavers.

"Why is his eye turning black?" I asked Alicia.

"Oh no... I don't know." Alicia replied.

"Seriously?" I thought, "That dramatic and says 'I don't know' wow."

Alicia's Point of View

"Matthew would know best about this." I said, "I'll ask him about it telepathically"

"So, you wanted to know about Brian's eyes?" Matthew replied immediately, "Don't worry, it's more of an emotional thing. Five words could describe him at that state; deadly, heartless, silent, lifeless, and cold. At least, he tries his best."

"So, no problems?" I wondered.

"Oh no, you will have problems. He can be hard to control when he's like that. The first time that ever happened, it wasn't good. It nearly resulted in the destruction of... Never mind."

"Oh. That can't be good."

"Bye, good luck."

"Thanks."

Brian's Point of View

"So... Cold, heartless," I think, "That's how Matthew describes me."

"He doesn't mean it" Alicia interrupts.

"Stay out." I reply as I set a telepathic barrier between us.

"I wonder how this happened. All I remember is Alicia in her Ultraform and me holding her back in my Megaform. Or is it the other way around. I don't know." I think, "Now that Alicia is out of my head, I can think freely. I wonder what I could do to make my base better."

With all these thoughts and ideas floating in my head, I can hardly think straight. While walking, I trip over something and fall to the ground. Instinctively, I pull my hands out, but instead of hitting the ground, I pass right through it.

"What happened?" I wonder, then I remember, "This happened when I was fighting the ice Magron. I passed through his fist and got buried in the ice."

I will myself to go solid. It doesn't work. I honestly don't care. I would eventually change back. But, I can't help but wonder, is this a new power?
