Leaving Home

Cammile tore through what was left of her room of the burned down apartment building throwing stuff in her suitcase. She was moving into the dormitory in Rivergrove high school. Since it was in Texas and she lived in Florida she had to go like it was college. She had to leave her family, friends, and church. Which seemed to her like the best church ever. She was moving to a new church called Second Baptist Church. They had lots of activities but none of her friends. When she looked around her old room it looked almost empty except the stuffed animals and dolls on her bed she grabbed them and put them in her backpack. She grabbed her first phone ever (A flip phone.) and flipped it open to see her favorite character from her favorite cartoon Fluttershy from my little ponies. Yes Cartoon and yes it was my little pony. She took a deep breath and walked out into the hallway. Strange looks from neighbors who were packing the remains of their stuff was normal especially since She usually wore my little pony clothes. She opened the door by the front desk and stepped out into the hot summer day. She jumped on the bus to get a glare from the driver as he held out his hand for money. She reluctantly gave him her money. As she looked down at what was left of her money she decided to get a job because she was low on money. All of the sudden Reagan the biggest brat in the city strutted to the back of the bus and snatched her money out of her hand. Cammile jumped up and muttered. "Give me back my money." Reagan looked at her like a decaying poopy diaper. And sneered " No I don't feel like it besides why would I? You're not going to need to pay rent for your house since it's in a box, under a bridge. Also your parents could just give you more money right? Oh right they're dead!" Cammile gasped. And blinking back tears she muttered "Fine keep the money." Then she shoved her away and looked at the window and saw her reflection. As she gazed at it she recalled the few weeks before.

Cammile woke up with a start as she heard sirens going off. She ran to her parents bed and shook them awake "Mom!! Dad!!" They both coughed and stuttering they whispered to her "P-please leave don't stay." " We love you." "I love you both to." She whispered with streams of tears falling down her face. Then she ran out of the building still crying.
