Hi I've got some bad news to you guys here lately I've been self hamming my arm and the worst is I don't regret anything and it pisses me off that I don't regret it so I really need to talk to someone about this but I want to help as well so anyone who wanna talk about it please tell me cuz I've been trough it to and I wanna help you guys through it too
