*Delmi's pov*
Why do I have to be here? College. Hate it. I sighed and walked in to the school. Stares sting behind my back. It didn't bother me at all. This was my everyday life. I entered my math class the I felt more stares at me. I sighed at walked over to my seat. I pulled my hood over my head at pulled out a book. I began to read until the bell rang. I looked up and saw that the teacher was not there. Odd.
"Sorry class that I was late." Mr.Barns said as he placed his stuff down on his desk. He looked around the class to see who was not here. "So Beth isn't here today?"
"I heard that she got beat up by Delmi." a person said in the front. That's a lie. I don't even know how to fight back to a person.
"No, no. I don't think that happened." Mr.Barns said. The door opened and Beth walked in. I smiled and looked at Mr.Barns.
"Kayla, did you tell a lie?" He asked. She only shook her head.
"Its a lie since I was with Mr.Brown after school!" I shouted. They all looked at me surprised. What...I can talk, I'm not mute.
"Thank you Delmi for clearing that up. As for you Beth, See me after class." He said. She only gave me a death glare and walked to her seat.
This was going to be fun. (sarcasm)
*Ze lunch time*
I sat in my normal table in the back of the cafeteria. It was more louder than before. Wonder why.
"Delmi thanks god you're here!!" my two friends said. They sat down in front of me.
"Where are your glasses?" Mason asked. He was the first I met. We meet in the 6th grade.
"I'm getting them fixed since Beth broke them yet again." I said my voice getting softer.
"Oh... Well did you hear about the new students?" Tyler (munchingbrotato) asked. I shook my head.
"Well that's why its louder here in the cafeteria today." Mason said. I looked up and saw all of Beth's friends all huddled around people. I sat back down and looked at the two in front of me.
"Should we help them? " I asked. They both nodded.
This isn't going to end well....
