chapter 6

Our seats were in the corner where its the coldest, he pulled my chair out for me and pushed it in once i sat. "Hello there, i'm Nicole, what would be your order on this lovely day" a waitress greeted with a much polite tone, she was clearly more beautiful than me and had beautiful curves. I pretended to still look at the menu while i was actually spying on Zayn. He then ordered out "the couples specials" while closing and pushing the menu away, i handed it to the waitress as well. I felt a little bit insecure at the time, "Gissell, are you alright there my dear?" my turned turned towards the sound of his question. "I...i , why did you choose me? There are a lot more girls that are way better looking than me!" the words slipped out of my mouth like a slippery bar soap would out of my hands. Zayn's eyebrows were showing his frown, and then he looked at me with a almost sad and confused look, i was still waiting for my answer that time. He pulled his chair closer to mine and playfully hugged me while saying "i love you!!" and he laughed. I was confused, if he really did love me, why did he laugh? "I'm not kidding Gissell, these kind of questions could make me mad at times, but i'm not, because its you! its you! its Gissell, and i'm in love with you and all your little things." he said while playfully punching me in the shoulder. I knew most of the words came from a song, but it didn't really matter, my eyes, heart, mind, was focused on the guy beside me and i couldn't wish to be anywhere else.

After dinner, Zayn brought me to the beach, we sat inside one of the boats that was already on the shore. The stars in the sky was shining brightly and i just felt like it was so romantic, i saw him admiring the stars and i can't help but look at how charming he looked like. Without any notice, my head was laid down on Zayn's shoulder, he looked at me and then started to swiftly brush through my wavy locks as i slowly leaned on his chest. He was leaning on the side of the boat, almost lying down which made it easy for me to lean on his muscular toned chest.

~Zayn's P.O.V~

The starlight shone perfectly on her beautiful face, she was leaning on me by the time we got comfortable, seconds later i noticed myself waking up to see it was 12 midnight. I slowly patted her arms but she didn't wake up, it took me a minute or two to stop admiring her cute sleeping face. I placed one hand below her knee and the other to support her neck. My house is only a few steps away, so i brought her there. I laid her on my bed and saw her eyes slowly widening, "Where am i?" she asked in a really cute sleepy tone, "You're at my place now, your mother told me she won't be around for the weekend and told me to bring you here. You really slept off at the beach just now," i said while giving a light laugh. "Its 12.30? did you carry me all the way here? aw...thanks Zayn, she said as she got up to take a shower. She didn't have clothes to change to, so i gave her a t-shirt and some shorts,"would these do for now?" i asked while handing over the clothes to her. "Of course"and she went in the bathroom to take a shower. I took the time that she was in the bathroom to clean up my place which was in a mess. "Zayn?" i heard Gissell's voice calling out from my room, i chucked my things in the drawer and walked back to the room. Gissell was wearing my t-shirt and shorts, it was quite loose but it was okay i guess.

"Zayn, i'll sleep on the couch, its already late and *yawns* i'm sleepy" Gissell said while rubbing her eyes, i got hold of her right arm and pulled it towards me "You're sleeping with me tonight!" i told her, "okay *yawn* " i let her lie down before i switched off the lights and slept beside her. 

I woke up by the sound of a loud thunder, it was pouring outside. I looked to my left to make sure Gissell isn't bothered, i lightly stroked her hair and got up to close the curtains. Something caught my eye, it was was small white figure wondering on the roof, i took a closer look and noticed it was a puppy. It was small and obviously it was cold, and to me it would be cruel to ignore that, so i climbed out the window and into the pouring rain, i was shirtless at that moment. I slowly used one hand to still hold on to the window and the other to reach out to the puppy, it was hard trying to get it, but eventually i did. I gave him a light was and dried him off before placing him inside a basket outside the bedroom, i gave dried my self off and put on a new pair off pants before getting back to bed. As soon as i got in bed, Gissell turned and was lying down on my chest, she gave a light smile and fell back to sleep. I laid my hand on her back and noticed that it was 4 am. I didn't care and i just went back to sleep.

~Gissell's P.O.V~

i woke up and Zayn wasn't by my side, instead i a note beside me saying "Breakfast is ready,love Xx" i got up and swirled my hair into a bun, i made the bed and opened the room door. I was surprised seeing Zayn holding a puppy "Good Morning mum" he imitated a kids voice while playing with the dogs hand. "Oh gawd, where did you get this little beauty?" i said while Zayn brought the puppy to my arms, he had a proud look on his face. "Found him in the rain yesterday, and it reminded me of you " Zayn said while kissing my forehead, "its beautiful!" i said while Zayn pulled me towards him. "Hahaha, i know he's cute, he needs a name doesn't he?" "snow" i said with confidence, "snow?" Zayn asked "yes, snow" i claimed, "oh, ha ha, okay then, snow, welcome to le famileh" Zayn said in a cute yet funny accent.

After breakfast, Zayn dropped me off at my house to pick up some clothes for the weekend, i grabbed a bag pack and put shorts, jeans and t-shirts in. I then took my shower while Zayn was taking care of Snow. "C'mon Zayn, lets go," i said as we went downstairs, Zayn rented a car for us, so i got in the car putting my things in the back and got in the front seat, i placed Snow on my lap while Zayn drove us to MC Donald's to have our lunch.

"I'll go get our food" Zayn said as he lightly placed his lips on my forehead. I smiled as he walked away, Snow was resting quietly in a small basket from Zayn's place. Suddenly a woman approached me "Still remember this cookie?" that woman spoke, i was curious at once, and then i realized she was my friend from my previous school, Almas, she came with a guy around the height of 5'7, "COOKIE!!" i said while hugging her,"i miss you!" "i know right, me too! Gissell meet Niall, Niall meet Gissell " she replied with a excited tone, "hey Gissell" "hi" we greeted each other while shaking hands,Niall had a cute irish accent, "He's my boyfriend" she whispered while giggling, Niall put his arm over Almas's  shoulder and asked "You're here alone?" "Nope, oh, here he comes" I said as i saw Zayn coming, he smiled and greeted them as well as introducing himself, "Do you perhaps wanna go to dinner with us tonight?" Niall asked, he appeared to be really friendly, i looked at Almas and she nodded, "So...Zayn?" i turned to him, "Yeah, of course." so, a double date was planned. "Is he your...."Almas whispered to me, before she could finish, i pulled away and hugged Zayn, "Yes" i replied with a sincere smile. "Nandos? perhaps?" Niall suggested, we all agreed with him, and planned to turn up before 8.30 at night. I gave Almas a squeeze before they left.
