"Foolish Heart"
One day in my life
I saw a star so bright
that lighted my way
out of the darkest night.
Then my foolish heart started to beat,
turned every little things we said
somehow I always think of you
without knowing I was losing my mind too.
Some of my friends hated you
but I was always there to protect you
as you promise me until the end
you would love and comfort me instead.
Until the day I made stupid mistake
without considering my own sake
just to show how you mean to me,
a faithful lover, I would be.
But now I'm awake and realize
my foolish heart feels what is true in life
and I don't want my mistakes repreated
for they're just cobwebs of the past we made.
