It was bad news for her, It was bad news for everyone. But she stayed positive even with her condition like this.
"Dipper, I'm going for a...roll in town. " the brunette said as she wheel herself to the front door.
Dipper peek through the kitchen. "Just be careful okay?"
Before the brunette can answer she already went outside.

[Mabel Pines,tragedy strike as she have 4th stage cancer in the lungs. Cancer cell speard ,she already lost one of her legs.....]
Bill was just floating around the forest in his human form when she spotted Mabel. The bushes block some of his fiew as he thought Mabel was just normally walking. He decided to pay the young brunette a little visit.
"Boo!" He came poofing up infront of her. His wicked smile faded as he clearly see what's left of Mabel.
Mabel narrowed her eyes. "Oh wow...lookie what we have here...Bill..."
"S-shooting star,what the hell happened to you?!" The blond floating one widened his eye as he take a closer look at Mabel's missing leg.
"Oh you know me, a little of this a little of that. Eventually, I ended like this." Mabel still trying to stay positive.
"....." Bill didn't say anything. He was shock,why can this kind of cruelty happen to such a young and innocent girl. No! He can't let Shooting Star die!
Mabel noticed how Bill expression change, usually he would start laughing at her or someone else pain but today....he was different. "Hey...I will be fine okay? Look I'm still the Shooting Star you once know."
Bill sighed and lean onto his cane. "....Im sorry...." and look over to his shoulder.
Mabel blinked. Did Bill said sorry to her?!
"...What are you sorry for.?" She tilted her head and ask.
"That I can't save you from this thing in your body!" Bill floated to a nearby tree and kicked it.
Mabel just sighed and smile wheeling herself closer to him. "Hey...I miss you,you big dorito jerk~"

"Are you sure it's a good idea,Mabel? What if he terrorize the whole town again?" Dipper whisper asking Mabel,
"It's fine~ besides.... he's just here for dinner."
Bill was just curiously looking what's in the fridge. "...hahaha....dead Turkey." Laughing at the uncooked Turkey in the fridge,
Dipper turned to Mabel giving her a "are you joking" look.
Mabel sighed. "...Just one dinner."

After dinner,
Mabel carefully sit on her bed,as for Bill he was across the room watching her.
Mabel rolled her eyes. "Bill...I said you can join me for dinner but not watching me to sleep."
Bill floated towards hers. "...you know,Im glad to see you again.The truth is...I miss you too,"
"Bill say whaaaa?" Mabel raised a brow looking up at him.
"You're strong shooting Star. Always have always will be." Bill grin and lean in giving her a kiss on the forehead. "I wish I could take the pain away."
And disappear.
Leaving Mabel blushing staring at the wall.

"Hey~Shooting star. Guess what~ Me and Dipper went Rock skipping today. Oh, that's not the news! Dipper finally ask that llama girl to marry him!"

"Oh I wish you could have see it!" He beamed in happiness.
"......."
"....I'm doing fine too..." He sniffed.
Bill floated closer to the tombstone looking at it.
[Here lies Mabel Pines. Our positive girl. R.i.p]
"...You lied,Shooting Star! You said you will be here beside me and be my bride!" He yelled, tears forming in his eye.
"....I-I miss you..." he finally can't hold back his tears and let it flow down freely.
