Knight and The Princess

The Beginning

It was a dreary day in the kingdom of Frelia. The princes of Frelia Innes funeral was today. As he was buried the sound of sobs filled air. They were told he died heroically in the field of battle. But that was in fact a lie. The true story being he was betrayed. Killed by someone close. "He died a hero that's what matters." a stranger said.

A few hours later Eirika the princess of Renais was in her room crying. "Who would do something like this?" she sobbed. "It's not right...who was it. Who could it have been?"

The tears flooding her eyes were quickly halted at the sound of the door opening. "Milady?" A voice said "are you in here? May I come in?" "Y-yes" she said wiping the tears from here eyes. The door opened and Seth a loyal knight of Renais walked in

He then proceeded to walk towards Eirika and sat on the bed next to her."milady are you alright?" Seth asked worryingly. A heavy silence fell upon the room. Then it was broken as Eirika layed her head on Seth's chest a started to cry again. "Wh-who would do some like this? It makes no sense!" Seth could hear the anger in her words. "Milady I don't know. But I promise you we will find whoever did this and bring him to justice!"

He then placed his hand upon the top of Eirikas head. "Seth you don't need to call me milady. Eirika is fine y-your my friend...and thank you." Tears began to fall again. Seth gently started to wipe the tears from her eyes. "Eirika you know I would do anything for you. Nothing is to much. I will never let any harm come to you!" These words, she felt them deep in her heart. Seth she thought. She then closest her eyes and pressed her lips upon Seths.

Seths only response was to kiss back and that he did. "Eirika you don't know how long I waited for you to do that." She giggled a little and spoke "I'm glad you feel that way because that's how I feel."
