Things changed ( Robstar fanfic )

Chapter 14.

         Starfire's POV

       I couldn't find my voice. What can I say? He hurt me so badly.....but he regretted what he did and he still loves me.....or at least that's what he says.  Maybe I could take the risk...for Mary's sake. He is her father after all and she deserves to have a perfect childhood with both of her parents around.
      - Robin,Dick or Richard. Whatever you call yourself......you hurt me badly in the past and maybe it is time for me to move on......and after all you're Mary's father....She deserves to have you around.- I smiled sadly taking a step closer.
     His smile fell. His expression became serious.
      - Star or Kori......I love you and I always will....but if you don't love me back then don't search for reasons to marry me. I want you to be happy and if you're happy without me then....-he said taking both of my hands in his.
        He was right. Do I love him? Do I still love him? Will I be happy if I marry him?
       I opened my mouth to say something, but I was cut off when he smashed his lips to mines.
      I immediately forgot  about my daughter standing next to me. My body turned to jello. His arms snaked around my waist pulling me closer and I wrapped mines around his neck pulling on his ink black hair.
        His lips were so soft and warm. My whole body was trembling under his touch. My stomach made flips. My heart was trying to break out of my chest and before I realized it, I was kissing him back,but he pulled away soon after I did.
       He smiled widely and stared in my green eyes with his mesmerizing blue ones.
       - I hope after this you'll be able to give me an honest answer.- he whispered.
       He was right again. My heart wasn't confused anymore. My feelings towards him never changed and never will. Disappointment is the worst feeling every,but I hope he won't hurt me ever again. I don't know if I would get through that much pain alive.
       - Yes.....Yes Robin...I'll marry you. - I smiled warmly at him wrapping my arms around his neck and placing a soft kiss on his lips.
      I gasped when my legs were lifted off of the ground. He hugged me tight and spinned me around in the air. I just giggled.
     - I love you Star....Forever and always...-he mumbled against my lips.
      - I love you too.....Forever and always.
      Someone pulled on the end of my dress trying to catch my attention. I looked down at my beautiful daughter who looked at us confused.
        - Mommy? Is Richard your prince charming? -she asked  in her adorable voice.
       I laughed and picked her up.
       - Yes, Richard is mommy's prince charming and...-I took a deep breath and looked at Richard. He was looking at us in awe. I could see the lust in his eyes. He was craving to be on my place and hold his own daughter. This gave me the courage.- and sweetie, he's your daddy.- I said softly pecking her cheeks.
        She became silent. Her eyes were focused on Robin. She was in deep thoughts.
       - Daddy!!!-she squealed and tried to jump out of my arms into Richard's. I smiled and handed her over to him.
        She hugged his neck and he placed a soft kiss on her hair. I just smiled at their father and daughter moment.
      

             Cyborg's POV

       Maybe I shouldn't say no to Robin, but I have a new life and I don't want to give up on it. 
        .....but I truly miss Starfire. She was always a sister to me.  She always made me smile ,she always calmed me down and I always protected her.
        I was so deep n my thoughts I didn't even notice that Blair is talking to me.
       - Sorry,what did you just say?- I asked rubbing the back of my neck.
      She smiled and shook her head.
      - I know you Victor. You miss your old friends. You told me a lot about them. They must be interesting people. You can't hide from your past. I know you feel like you're giving up on us if you're going to that party,but that's not true. Come on! If you're not going then you'll regret this choice and you're going to feel guilty 'til the end of your life.- She said smiling warmly at me.
       I couldn't wish for a better wife! What did I ever do to deserve her? 
         - Thank you so much, Blair! Would it be a problem if I would skip this doctor's appointment?- I asked sighing.
       She shook her head and pecked my lips.
        - I'll call you,when I'm done .- she said softly then left me.
        I'm so happy to have her in my life!
      I literally ran to the place they are living at. I was nervous and excited.
      I took a deep breath in front of the door. My old life is a step away and if I cross the line then I'll never be able to go back. Is it worth it? Yes, it is .
       I knocked on the door. It opened minutes later to reveal a now young lady. Her emerald green eyes were shining as always and I could feel the strawberry scent of her soft hair.
       -Starfire....-I breathed out.
       -Cyborg....-she whispered before throwing herself in my arms and I held her tight.
