Chapter 6

So me and Kyla went inside the house for lunch. After that, we played video games. I was just taking pictures of Ky playing. "Hey El, could you stop taking pics? I'm trying to focus on this game. Why don't you grab a controller and play with me?" Kyla said to me. BTW Kyla calls me "El" sometimes. She named me that nickname a long time ago. "Ummm... Sure! But you'll lose! Hahahaha!" I replied. So I grabbed a controller and play. We were laughing and laughing. But wait, I lose the game. Haha! She's too good! "Okay that's enough. Maybe later you cry" she said to me. She pulled me towards her room and she turned on her laptop and clicked skype. She showed me the skype of...Gary. She called him, it seems like he's online. Gary answered.

"Hi Gary!" she said on their video calling. "Hey! There's my babe!" he replied. I stood up and went to my room. "El? El? Where are you going?" she asked me. "I'm just going to take a rest in my bedroom" I answered. Then I rushed out her door. I closed my door and locked it. I slam my head on the wall backwards and slid down the floor, crying. "That should be me...calling you "babe".

[FLASHBACK]

*Kyla's first date*

Roel: Good luck, Ky

Kyla: Bye!

*Car lefts*

Roel: Mr. Sandler, do you think they will be a successful boyfriend and girlfriend?

Mr. Sandler: I don't know Roel. But never give up. If you love my baby so much, don't stop fighting for her.

Roel: Thanks Mr. Sandler

*At the pond*

Mr .Sandler: So what do you want to talk about?

Roel: I like your daughter very much. Despite being her "brother" and "bestfriend", I really wanted to be something more to her.

Mr. Sandler: You like my daughter? Well, good! But she's really into the stranger boys she met.

Roel: I know, i know.

*Outside her door*

Roel: Why should it come to this? I should've asked you out before Gary and Josh.

[END OF FLASHBACK]

My tears are falling down my face, trying to think all this through. Then Kyla's father went in, he has a key. "Roel? Roel! What happened?" Mr. Sandler asked. "It's nothing. Just a little broken heart." I answered. I wiped my tears of and smile at Mr. Sandler saying "Kyla will never love me, right? I'm friendzoned! That's what it is.". "Roel-", "She will never love me as Gary. And you always say 'Never Give Up', well I'm trying never to give up! She'd rather spend hours with him in that laptop than doing 50 minutes of fun time with her best friend, oh wait, I JUST DON'T WANNA BE CALLED BEST FRIEND ANYMORE! I loved your daughter for so many years now. And I will never move in her friend place." I added with more tears streaming down. I stood up and went to bed as early as 6:00PM.

~[KYLA'S POV]~

I heard everything from his door. I started crying. I went down the stairs and started eating dinner with a long face. After I ate, I went to my father first. "He loves me, does he?" I asked. My father just went silent. "ANSWER ME." I added. "Yes. Yes he loves you. Since the day when you and him became friends". I dropped a tear and nodded my head. I walked into my room and locked it and went to sleep. Then everything just became silent.

Rainy Morning everyone! :( I made this chapter in a RAINY morning because that story was so sad. I wanted to have a moment for this chapter based on our weather. Haha!
