I expelled a deep sigh as I look upon the blue skies. Clouds are at peek and finally, in just a few minutes the sun will finally set.
Nandito ako ngayon sa veranda ng aming bahay sa Tanay kung saan makikita mo ang naggagandahang view ng Rizal. I decided to spend my vacation here with my relatives.
"Hi dear, I brought you some snacks. " Sabi ni Tita Feli and I just mouthed 'Thank you' to her. I'm not really close with my relatives and I only got few chitchats from them since I arrived earlier here.
"Just go downstairs if you get bored. Your cousins are waiting for you" She said politely.
I only smile at her and lock my gaze at the sun. As I stared at it, it makes me realized a thing ; sunsets was made to make us realize that endings can be beautiful too. I stop on my tracks when I hear a familiar voice.
"Why don't you hang out with us and not to bore yourself right there?" It's my cousin. Ej.
"Sorry kuya, but I don't feel like talking and having fun tonight." He laugh and my eyebrows arched. Did I even say something funny?
"Ahryt! Wag mo na siyang isipin, silly girl."
I just smirk and to give him a damn look. He left and I hear no more noise. Ugh! That boy.--
After naming kumain ng dinner, agad akong umakyat sa kwarto at tinignan ang kabuuan nito. Nothing's change. The room are still filled with full of color black and whites. I dont love bright colors at all. Nasisilaw ako. I dont know but I do feel weird with myself too.
Hanggang sa makita ko ang luma kong cabinet. I saw there the albums where my mom used to collect my photos when I was a baby until I reached my 6th grade. Every page is full of memories. Nostalgia it is.
Agad kong pinulot nang may nahulog na picture. I get shocked when I saw the picture. It was a photo of me and him. It's a picture of us when we were at the veranda smiling ear to ear to each other, it's a candid shot.

Napayakap ako sa photo. I miss him.
Agad ko iyong itinabi sa aking gilid at naghalukay pa and there I found a journal notebook. It was a diary of mine.
'To the boy I fancy... A lot.'
