Chapter 1 - Headphones
-Ruby's Point of View-
It was a Wednesday, i always love Wednesday's cause it was the middle of the week and it was almost the weekend, but I loved Fridays a whole hell of alot more. Anyways I am sitting on the sofa thinking about life and all of the good memories I had as a kid. I miss the good ole' days when I could do as I pleased and didn't have to worry about bills and all of the other shit i have to deal with in my life. I got up from where i was sitting and went into the kitchen and started to make breakfast. as i put the toast in the toaster and eggs on the stove there was a knock at my door.
Who the hell is at my house this early in the morning. I walked over to answer the door and I opened it. of course it was my best friend. Madison was like the only person I had in London cause my other half lived in America i kept in touch with her but she could never come down and visit me. I was also really close to Madison our relationship goes way back to the beginning of middle school. We were in health class and math together, but during the summer before high school i found out she was not going to the same high school as me. We kept in touch and I went to her house every weekend. Then we both decided to move to London together.
"What the hell are you doing here... its like 6 in the morning!" I say to here with anger in my voice. Hoping she would leave. I was wrong she just busted into my house like she owned the place.
"I am hungry and i was hoping you would make me some breakfast, and I'm lonely." she said in a baby voice.
"HELL NO I am not making you breakf-" I was cut off by another knock at the door.
"UGH" I moaned as I walked over to the door and opened it.
When I opened the door I saw my other friend Ian. Was today everyone come over to Ruby's house day cause if it is i missed the memo.
"What do you want?" I say annoyed.
He didn't say anything and just walked over and stood beside Madison.
" Looks like its someones time of the month." Ian said laughing. I shot him death glares and he immediately stopped.
I walked back in the kitchen and just left Ian and Madison in the living room. I started cooking again when I heard bickering coming from the living room. So i plugged in my head phones. I was in no mood to deal with there shit today. Best Song Ever by One Direction played in my ears. i started singing without even realizing.

I was cut off when Ian pulled the head phoned out of my ears. Rude much! Sometimes they make my blood boil.
"HEY...give those back!" I yell at him.
"Get them yourself" he said with a smirk on his face.
He was holding them above his head so i couldn't reach. He was way taller then me. Wel, most people are taller then me. I kept jumping to try and reach them but it was no use. Then i remembered that I have another set in my room.
"I don't need those. I will go get my other ones." I start to walk off.
"You mean these." he said. I turned around and saw that he had my other set of head phones in his other hand. DAMN YOU IAN DAMN YOU!
"How did you get those?" I ask him
"They were sitting on the sofa...duh" he replied " Do you want them back?" He continued.
"DUH'
"Then ask nicely miss priss"
"Dont call me that' i look over at madison and see he giggling but i didn't care cause i laugh at her alot.
" I'm waiting" Ian said.
"I dont have to ask nicely to get my property back" I said being stubborn, but i wasnt gonna let him win this time. I have a plan.
2 hours later
- Ian's point of view-
We were all sitting in the middle of Ruby's living room watching classic Disney movies. I mean I loved them and all but i didn't want to just sit in a house all day being lazy. I have a life to live. I saw Ruby get up and go into the kitchen to get something, and i remember I still had her head phones. She went in the kitchen to text Madison who was still in the living room. I already knew about her plan cause I made Madison tell me everything. She showed me the text message and it read
From: Ruby
Our plan isn't going to work cause he is still awake. DAMN YOU IAN DAMN YOU!
I want to mess with her even more and tell her I was leaving cause you know her headphones are in my pocket.
"Ok guys I think I am gonna head out now you guys are boring."
" WAIT... you still have my headphones now give them back to me" she yelled running from the kitchen. Yeah i kinda figured she wasn't gonna ask nicely.
"Ask nicely then and maybe you can have your headpho-" i was interrupted by her
" I WONT ASK AGAIN! Now hand them over." she basically screamed.
"Ok well bye guys" I said as I open the door but Ruby stopped me.
"GIVE.THEM.BACK" She stated sounding quite frustrated but i was walked out of her house and ran to my car as fast as I could so she couldn't catch me. I made it to my car and drove home.
