chapter1.(Hazels pov)

"Hazel Maria Grace , your going to be late on your first day.. Wake Up! " my mother yelled outside my bedroom door. " I'm up ,I'm getting ready mah! " My names Hazel Maria Grace. I'm 16 and in the 11th year at Grande HighSchool . I have brown long wavy hair & bright green eyes and I'm 5'5. My best friend is Maija, she's been with me my whole life.

"Hazel sweetheart , David's here to pick you up" My mother yelled outside my bedroom door for the second time this morning. I quickly finished my hair and makeup and ran down the stairs taking 2 at a time almost falling flat on my face . I could hear my mom muttering something about me having two left feet to my father.. " bye mom , dad .. love you " I called out as I shut the door.

As I walked to David's yellow mustang he was on his blackberry talking to someone , I caught a part of his conversation before he noticed me , when he noticed me he quickly said goodbye " hey babe" he said while kissing my cheek and texting someone " heey, uhm who are you picking up tonight at 8? " remembering what i overheard.. " I thought we were going to Tylers party together ?" i asked hesitantly. " Uhm yeah, about that babe.. i have some.. stuff to do , you'll have to meet me there. sorry Haze" he said while going back to texting whoever he was on the phone with. " oh okay? " it came out more like a question then anything.

Before i knew it we were pulling up to Grande HighSchool & i was heading to my first period with Maija. " Hazel ? are you alright? " Maija asked confused , " Yeah, i sorry what'd you ask? ".. " uhm, i was wondering if you wanted to go out for lunch ?" she repeated the question. " sure whateves" i said without hesitation. " Ok haze , i know you better then that, whats wrong?" Maija asked concerned. " David was acting really weird when we were driving to school today." As we got in the lunch line, I guess we're not going out ? " Oh , how so ? " she asked confused again. " I dunno , it started with me walking to the car and catching part of his phone conversation, he's picking someone up at 8 tonight" I rushed out, but she knows me so well she got all of it .

"wow, I thought you were going to Tylers party together?" .. " yeah , I asked him about that and he said to just meet him at the party cause he's got 'stuff ' to do ?" .. " well , thats a lil bit strange don't you think ? And don't you think Emmileigh is acting a little bit strange too ? " Maija quickly gasped after speaking and left me questioning  what just happened because next thing i know , I'm being pulled out of the cafeteria and into the hall ... wtf?
