My name is Nala Johnson and today is my birthday, I'm 14. I got this diary as a present and wanted to write in it as soon as possible. My mom bought it for me and my brother, Alan, bought me a necklace with a little rose on the end, I like it a lot. We also had vanilla cake with chocolate icing, I don't like chocolate cake, then we rode to the beach and Alan and I played in the water and made sandcastles while my mom sat on the beach and read a book. Today was the most fun I've ever had and I hope I can have many more fun days like this one in the future. My brother is 3 years older than me but will still play with me like a kid because he knows I don't have friends, he's super nice. He always sticks up for me when the guys in my class mess with me. My brothers really tall, like 6'3, and he has super pretty eyes, like sky blue with yellow in the middle and he has short light brown hair. My mom has the same eyes and hair color but her hair goes down past her shoulders, she's really beautiful. They both attractive people and I get jealous all the time because I'm not beautiful like they are. My hair is the same color but my eyes are just a ugly brown, and they both have light skin and freckles why I on the other hand have tanner skin and not a single freckle, just a few weird moles. I'm not pretty, my mom and brother say I'm beautiful, but I don't believe them and no one in my class does either. Ok I gtg my mom told me I had to go to sleep, Goodnight. -Nala
