I finally returned home, probably around ten. No one was in the dorm. Dawg wasn't their either. Did Ike take him for a walk? The room looked trashed though, did something happen? I sighed. I'll just ask Ike when he returns from were ever. Might as well clean.
When I finished cleaning, I just sat on my bed, looking up at the ceiling I decorated with stick on glow stars. That reminds me of the story my mom used to tell me, about the sta-
The dorm door flew open. Ike stood there, breathing hard. Addy stood behind him, no make-up, puffy and red eyes. Without skipping a beat he ran and hugged me, clenchIng my back with his fingers. "Where. Were. You." He sounded concerned, out of breath."I went out for a walk." He let go and stepped back, just enough space for Addy to leave a stinging red mark on my face. "What do you mean, "just a walk"! You left Ike without telling him! You even left your phone at my place!" She through it at my chest. "You been gone for nine hours, we been running around looking for your stup-" Ike put his hand on her shoulder. She stepped down and left the room.
"Why did you leave..?" Ike was looking down, his hair shadowing must of his face.
"Needed air." I lied. "Got too hot."
"That's a lie and we both know that. You get cold so easy."
"Okay I didn't need air. Got hungry and went to go get McDonald's."
He looked up at me, eyes watering.
"Stop L-lying to me! Addy told everything..." Of course she did. I don't want to tell Ike anything. I don't want to worry him over something stupid."It doesn't matter were I went." I set back down on my bed. He stared at me. "Don't say that you had m- us, you had is worried sick about you!" I faced the wall and laid down, I don't have the energy to do this. "I'm not a child Ike. You guys don't have to worry about me." That's the last straw I hit I think. He already been going through something, I never bothered to ask. But he snapped. "Hunter you are like a child! You are scared over stupid things and so childish things! You constantly get hurt and constantly need help and protection by us! You don't think about your actions!" I heard his breath turn sharper.
He turned and left. Slamming the door.
I guess I can be childish.
They do need to protect me. But they choose to as well.
I turn to face the room. I should say sorry to him. He's been going through stuff. On the other hand he's mad at me, so is Addy.
I'll let them cool off. I can say sorry. Tell them the truth, what I've been thinking. Maybe that'll help me..
