You're mom and dad just split up and you went with your mom while you're brother went with your dad. As a highly classified nurse your mom got a promotion and so you both had to leave for Florida the next week. You said goodbye to all your friends and headed towards the airport to leave for your new home. It was a 3 hour flight that wasn't very long because you slept most of the way. Once on the ground and out of the airport you both took a cab to your new house and got there as the moving truck entered the drive way. Your house was huge! Much bigger then the one you had before. You both immediatly got to work taking the boxes inside and setting them in the right rooms.
As you went outside to grab another one you saw a group of boys playing basketball in the house infront of yours.
You stared at them for a while, espicially the tall one with black hair. He just took your breath away. After a few more seconds your dismissed the idea and kept on carrying the boxes inside. You then came back out to grab another and looked over to where the three boys were but they were gone. You just shrugged it off and headed for the truck. You walked to the very end where the last boxes were and was about to grab one when someone came out from behind a big box yelling “Booo” making your scream bloody murder and land on your butt.You then saw the black haired boy infront of you laughing his head off. There were then two other voices laughing behind you and you turned around to see the other two rolling on the floor laughing. You huffed and got to your feet and dusted yourself off. You then grabbed a box and stomped out of the truck.
“Wait! I'm sorry!” The black haired boy said as he ran behind you. “I didn't mean to scare you.”
“Oh really?” You said stoping in your tracks and turning around. “What were you trying then?” You asked him lifting a brow.
“Okay maybe I was trying to scare you.” He said rubbing the back of his neck and you just turned back and headed for the door. “Wait don't go!” He yelled and you turned around again with your brow raised. “I'm sorry, I didn't think you would have gotten really scared.” He sincerely.
“It's fine.” You told him shaking your head and sighed. “Maybe I over reacted.” You said and he smiled slightly.
“I'm Riley by the way.” He said stepping forward and shaking your hand. “And those are my brothers Connor and Toby we live just in front.” He said motioning to the other boys who waved at their names.
“I'm Chelsea.” You told him shaking his hand and he smiled bigger.
-Two years later-
“Come on Chelsea I have something to show you!” Riley yelled from outside your window.
“What?” You said rubbing your eyes and getting out of your bed before looking at your alarmclock 12AM!! “Riley Freaking McDonough!” You whisper-shouted when you got to the window.
“Come on down I have something to show you!” He said once again and you rolled your eyes mumbling to yourself before heading downstairs.
“Oh my god! What do you want McDonough.” You said but then saw the hurt on his face. “I'm sorry. I get cranky when I'm tired.” You told him and he gave you a small smile.
“Sorry.” He whispered.
“What are you doing here?” You asked with a shy smile.
“Do you know what date it is today?”
“Um yeah... October 21rst... why?”
“Don't you remember?” He asked and you just stared at him confused. “This day two years ago is the day we met. It's our 2 year friendaversary!” He told you exited and you shook your head.
“Well happy 2 year friendaversary Riles.” You said while hugging him. “Now I'm going back to sleep.” You finished turning around and headed for the door.
“Wait no don't go! I still have something to show you.” He said taking you hand and running to the beach you both lived by.
When you got there you saw a few candels around your favorite spot and Riley's guitar on the ground. You turned to him confused but he just shook his head and pulled you towards it. He then sat you down and player Soldier for you. His voice was so angelic and it made you shed a few tears and hug him tightly when he was done. As you pulled away slightly you stared into eachothers eyes and you both started to lean in. His lips met yours molding perfectly together and making the buterflies in your stomac go crazy. You wrapped you arms around his neck as his wrapped around your waist pulling you closer to him. Soon enough air became an isue and you had to seperate yourselves. You then looked down blushing and unwrapped your arms around his neck but his stayed put.
“I know it's our friendaversary but there is something else I need to tell you.” He told you and you looked up. “I wanted to tell you that.....that...I...uh....I love you Chels. I've loved you since the first day we met and I was...uh...will you be my...girlfriend?” He asked you and you stood there shocked for a moment but snaped out of it and kissed him passionatly. “I take that as a yes.” He said with a wink and you looked down giggling.
You then looked back up and stared into his eyes.
“I....I love you too Riley.” You said shyly and he had a huge grin on his face that would make the chechire cat jealous before taking you in his arms and spinning you around.
After setting you down he thought for a moment before saying something.
“So next year this is going to be our 3 year friendaversary/1 year aniversary.” He told you and you nodded. “Oh and by the way. Nice shorts baby.” He added with a wink making you blush and plafully hit his stomac.
After a while you both went back home and you fell asleep with a smile on your face.
