You have no idea how much i cry,
I will never let you know.
It's so hard without you here,
But I cannot let show.
I put a smile on face,
Everyone thinks I am ok.
But what I don't tell everyone,
I cry every day wishing they weren't gone
I sit at night and stare at the sky,
Thinking of angels learning to fly.
Praying you're happy, hoping you're safe,
Waiting for the day I feel your embrace.
One day I hope, we meet again,
I will keep our memories alive until then.
Although I'm not entirely sure what the future brings,
I know one day we'll be flying together on little wings.
