Zian

Rose fiddled with the hem of her shirt nervousness cosuming her whole.

"It'll be fine," her husband Theo assured. Rose nodded her blonde curls bouncing. Their social worker walked into the room.

"She's ready," Mrs. Jackson smiled motioning the two parents into the next room where their 4 boys stood looking at the new born baby.

She had caramel colored skin and big hazel green eyes. The baby laughed at the boys reaching for them as they made faces. It was explained to the two younger boys why their baby sister wouldn't be the same color as them. It was also explained to them that they would have to promise to protect her.

"Picked out a name yet?" Mrs. Jackson asked Benjamin. Being already 15 he was the oldest of the O' Hara boys. He was chosen to pick out the baby's name.

"Zian Jessica O' Hara," he answered never taking his eyes from the baby.

"Well Zian's all yours," Ms. Jackson informed lightly tapping on the window for the nurse inside the infirmity to get the small child.

The baby was brought out to the excited family. And softly placed the wrapped up baby into Rose's arms.

"Oh my gosh she's so beautiful," Rose beamed tears streaming down her face. "Isn't she beautiful honey?"

"Gorgeous," Theo agreed smiling at the cooing baby. The baby was then passed to Theo giving him a chance to really see his baby girl. "You're such a pretty baby." She was passed onto the brothers each of them getting a chance to hold her.

"Welcome home beautiful," Rose smiled at the baby walking into the large 3 story home. The O' Haras could really provide for thier new daughter. They were both business owning people racking in the big bucks.

"Boys go get ready for bed," Theo instructed.

"Aw dad," the youngest, Jamie moaned dragging his feet up the stairs.

"Yeah dad we wanna play with Zi," the second oldest, Jackson informed.

"You can play with her tomorrow after school," Rose assured before going into the kitchen.

"Come on you little buggers the faster you go to sleep the faster tomorrow comes," Ben explained pushing the boys up the stairs.

Theo followed his wife into the kitchen where she was playing with the baby. He joined her on the couch slinging an arm around his lover and kissing her temple.

"I'm so proud of you," he told her. She smiled up at him before softly placing a kiss on his lips. "Are you gonna stay home with her or should i?"

"You have to. I gotta get back to work. Big case i gotta handle," she explained. "I'm gonna head to bed. Call if you-"

"I got it babe," Theo assured taking the baby from her hands. "I'll be to bed soon." She smiled and nodded before kissing the baby and her husband goodnight.

Theo smiled at the cooing baby before softly placing her down on the couch. He got up to fix her a quick bottle. Before giving it to her he made sure it wasn't too hot or too cold.

He put the bottle into the baby's mouth holding her close to his chest. She happily sucked on the nipple of the bottle seeing as she hadn't been feed since her first bottle.

After her feeding she was burped them changed before being put to bed in her room decorated with butterflies and flowers.

The baby fused when being put down but was then quickly calmed by her father. He stayed with her rocking her bed until she feel soundly asleep. He checked the baby monitor and all his sons before going into his room to find his fast asleep wife.

He quickly brushed his teeth before heading to bed.

"Benny," Theo knocked. "Come on let's go!" He then moved on to his other sons waking them up telling them to shower and get dressed for school. Having boys ages 15 13 9 and 8 they were all extremely independent.

He then made his way to Zian's room seeing her diaper being changed by her mother.

"Hey honey you want some breakfast?" I asked.

"Sure babe thanks," she smiled back at him. He closed the door then made his way downstairs to start breakfast for his family.

"Why don't you make pancakes more often dad?" Liam, the second youngest asked his father stuffing his face.

"Better then your mom's huh?" He asked back kissing Rose's cheek.

"Oh whatever," she rolled her eyes. "Let's go boys." Everyone said there good byes to their father and the baby before heading to school.

"Alrighty Zi we got some errands to attended to," her father told her. "Can i go take a shower?" Zi giggled before sticking her arms out towards Theo. He picked her up and brought her back to his room laying her down on her back before quickly taking a shower. He put on his clothes before looking up how to put on a baby sling before taking the baby to the car and strapping her into her car seat. "Alright Z lets go."

They drove to the store listening to the wheels on the bus. Once there Theo fired up YouTube to help him with the baby sling before heading into the store getting smiles and looks from all the women.

"Alright we need baby food," Theo sighed looking at the different kinds of baby foods. "We got some peas some applesauce. What else you want?" He looked down to see his baby fast asleep. "Never mind." After the shopping was the dry cleaning then some extra things before it was time to pick up the boys from school. First was Jackson.

"Hey dad. Hey Baby Zi," he said hoping into the backseat of the car with his friend, Antonio and Jessica hoping in.

"Hi Mr. O," the twins chirped together. Being twins they did that sort of thing.

"Congrats on the baby," Jessica smiled looking at the baby. Theo nodded before starting home. He dropped the kids off before picking up his other 3 kids who brought no less than 2 friends home with them.

Once everyone was home Theo made the kids some beans and hotdogs. He didnt have to worry about the baby. She was always being played with or entertained by one of the 13 kids.

"Boys and girl come eat!" He said loudly hoping that everyone heard me. He said boys and girl because Jessica was the only girl in the house. Theo made everyone a bowl and sent them back to whatever they were doing before he fed the baby.

"Im home!" His wife announced. Theo got up with the baby to greet his wife. "There'a a lot more kids then i remember having."

"Everyone has friends over," he explained before kissing her cheek.

"Hi baby i missed you," Rose cooed taking the baby from her husbands arms. "Did you go shopping?"

"I did and i got her the regular peas instead," he explained.

"What? Why? She needs her vitamins!" Rose exclaimed.

"She didn't even like the organic ones," he said.

"She's a baby! She's not gonna know," she assured.

"Exactly she's a baby. What child likes vegetables much less organic," Theo chuckled.

"Whatever," he wife mumbled rolling her eyes and taking the baby up stairs.
