Chapter 3

"Don't you dare." I warned, holding up my hands at him and standing up. But no, he still give me that evil smirk.

He lunged at me and I quickly dodged it and head out of the room while shouting. "Stop!" His loud footsteps and laughter boomed the empty hallway.

"I'm almost there!" He taunted. I abruptly came to a halt that caused him to bump at me and fall face first. I hold myself for the impact but nothing came instead I felt my face in his chest while he's laughing under me. How did I happen to be on top?

"You're so annoying!" I said, slapping his chest and sitting up. Which happened to be a bad idea, cause now it looked like I'm strangling him with both of my legs at his side. My eyes widened at our position.

He whistled. I quickly stood up blushing hard. "Sorry." I mumbled.

He stood too then I heard him laugh and I looked at him. "I know I'm sexy and all, but can't you wait till we're together?"

I gasped and slapped him again "You're getting cockier the longer I'm with you."

"But you love it."

"God. You sounded like Paul." I said while rubbing my forehead.

I started walking back at the room where my friends are when I remembered something. I stopped dead in my tracks that causes Jay to bump at me. Again.

"Why do you keep--" I cut him.

"Why am I not in my dorm?" I asked turning to him.

He smirked. "You're so wasted last night, that they decided to go straight in my house. Since they are so drunk too."

"This is your house?" I asked completely amazed at the huge house I'm currently putting my feet on. "Whoa."

He chuckled. "Yeah." Then, this time, we really walked back to our friends.

By the time I got back at my dorm, it was already late. I can't help thinking about my friends.

More like, can't stop thinking about Jay. The annoying part of my brain said.

What?! No way! I argued.

Great. Now I'm arguing with my brain. Great Arn. You're great.

I opened the door to see all of my room mates asleep. Sighing, I plopped down at my bed with a loud thud.

"Hey! Keep it down!" One of my bitchy room mates said. I replied a soft sorry and drifted into unconsciousness dreaming of someone I never thought would appear into my wonderland.

"Arn!" Someone shouted. I turned to reveal Jay running towards me waving his hands like a maniac. I raised my eyebrow at how ridiculous he looks.

"Okay?"

He bent to his knees, leaning into it and panting heavily. "Why are you running like your mother is about to have 'the talk'?" I joked putting air quotes at the talk part. He raised his head and tried glaring at me but failed miserably. I laughed again.

"Whatever." Was all he said. "Anyway," I stopped laughing when I felt his arm around my shoulders.

"What are you doing?" I asked, annoyed while I swatted his arm away. If there is one thing I hated the most is when guys put their arms around my shoulders except for my girl friends, you know.

"Sorry." He mumbled. "Well, I was thinking.." He trailed off and I looked at him with raised eyebrows, shaking my head lightly motioning for him to continue. "Okay. Um.." I smiled at him while he's looking anywhere but me.
