Archer's oath [Fanfiction]

-First chapter-

I heard those words in my head again. "YOU ARE SO PATHETIC! WILL YOU FAIL AGAIN? YOU ARE STUPID AND WEAK!". Words hurt. Those especially did. I couldn't stop them. The words in my own head.

I don't want to be weak. I wanna be strong. I want to feel powerful. Why are they so cruel to me? How can I make them see that I am not perfect? I am sick of them telling me stuff like "Ooh, you poor. Do you feel small now? Are you angry? Sad perhaps? Where's that perfect, talented shot? Gone? How could anyone trust you after you couldn't shoot person that was in front of you?"

I stabbed the manikin again and again and again.. I started to feel dizzy and when I thought I'm about to faint, I stopped stabbing it. I.. I couldn't... I couldn't breathe..I am having another panic attack? Oh god.. Breathe, Allison. Breathe.

I felt his hands around my hips. He turned me so our noses were almost touching.

"Hey", he whispered. I just smiled since I couldn't talk. I was still trying to catch my breath and I was shaking. He hugged me really strong, and then let me go so he could kiss me in forehead.

"Calm down Allison. It's okay. Everything is fine. "

His voice.. Oh god, his voice. He was so perfect. The way he looked at me, the way he spoke, his perfume, his touch.. And the way I looked at HIM... Well, it was probably screaming 'KISS ME,OH PLEASE JUST KISS ME'..

Suddenly, I could breathe normally again. My panic attack went away. I was barely able to talk and, probably "blushy as cheese", I said I'm fine. I couldn't keep my eyes opened anymore, or my head straightly.. Tears and tiredness came over me. He realized that.

We sat on the floor and I leaned my head on his shoulder. He was trying to make me feel safe, I could see that. I never needed supernatural scent or hearing to tell that Isaac loves me.. as much as I love him.
