I put my car in park and sat in the seat for a minute. I exhaled heavily and tried to calm myself. I just needed some me time.
I opened the door and my heels clicked across the pavement as I walked up to the front door of my boyfriend Liam’s apartment. I heard a bunch of noise from inside and I remembered that Liam invited the boys over for the night.
I went inside and found the boys goofing around in the living room. I saw Niall laughing his head off, hands clapping. I looked over at Liam and he had a bright smile on his face. I loved watching him with the guys, he was so happy.
“Hello love, how was work?” Liam asked getting up off the couch and walking over to me. I kicked my heels off beside the door as Liam wrapped me in a hug.
“Terrible. I am so tired babe. I think I’m going to take a bath and relax for the night.” I said giving him a peck on the cheek.
“I’ll join you.” he said.
“No, it’s a guys night. I want you to stay down here and have fun with them.”
“Okay, but I’ll be up a couple times to check on you.”
“Okay.” I said and pecked him on the lips.
I ran up the stairs into mine and Liam’s bedroom and took off my clothes. I went into the bathroom and wrapped myself in a towel. I removed my makeup from work and started a bubble bath.
Once I was done removing my makeup I sank down in the tub. I tilted my head back and relaxed. I felt my hair under the water slip through my fingers, like strands of silk. I smiled to myself and sat up.
I finished taking my bath and got out of the tub. I dried myself off and ran my fingers through my hair. I forgot to take my bra and underwear with me when I went into the bathroom, so I went back into mine and Liam’s room. I stood by the end of the bed drying my hair. I got out my bra and underwear and laid them on the bed.
I heard the door open, but didn’t worry because I assumed it was Liam. Then I heard an irish accent and I jumped. I turned around and quickly put my towel back on.
“Niall what are you doing?” I shrieked.
“I brought you some tea.” he said nonchalantly.
“Niall I was naked!” I said.
“Yeah, I saw that.” he said and I looked at him like he was nuts. “Gaby chill, I have a girlfriend and Liam will understand that it was an accident.” I exhaled and closed my eyes.
“Okay, you’re-you’re right. Thank you for the tea.” I said taking the tea away from him. I gave him a peck on the cheek and he smiled. He left the room and I resumed getting dressed.
I put on my bra and underwear, quickly, and put on a baggy sweater over top. I went back into the bathroom and put on three silver rings and my Marc Jacobs rollerball perfume.
I picked up the tea that Niall had brought me and took a sip, only to reveal it was peppermint. My favorite.
I walked downstairs with the tea and went up behind Liam. I stood beside him as he put his arm around my waist. I looked over at Niall giving him a look and he shook his head. I nodded and backed away from Liam a bit.
“Hey I need to tell you something.” I said.
“No Gaby, I’ll tell him.” Niall said and I nodded. “When I went upstairs to give Gaby her tea, I forgot to knock and accidently saw her naked.” Niall said.
“I knew I should have been the one to give her the tea.” Harry said and Louis chuckled.
“You did, did you?” Liam asked interested with a sly smile.
“Yes, but it was an accident.” Niall said.
“Okay.” Liam said with a shrug.
“Okay?” I asked. “You just got over it that easily?” I asked.
“Yeah, Niall has a girlfriend and I trust you, so I don’t see a problem.” Liam said. I smiled at him and he kissed me.
“I told you.” Niall mouthed and stuck my tongue out.
